This was my first visit to this resort the staff were very helpful and very friendly. We enjoyed the pool and beach every day we were there. Lots to do for the family that wants activities close. The only bad thing I have to say about our stay is that we only had one day of hot water in our shower even after having maintenance come look at it.

Bedspread was dirty upon check in. No beach access except the small bay. It is much, much smaller than it looks in pictures. It is NOT all-inclusive. Coffees are extra. Lobster is extra. There are beach chairs, but not enough. And only "club" members are allowed to use 3/4 of the chairs. There are several restaurants, reservation only. You reserve the day before, but not more than 2 days. The restaurants were usually all booked during our 8 night stay. The food at the restaurants was pretty terrible except the oriental. The steakhouse was the worst. The steak had the texture of a kitchen sponge.

Staff was 100%. Drinks were amazing! The taco stand was at 100% every single night. We went during Christmas Eve. The buffet was done up nicely. Bathrooms always clean. Tons of walking, which could make or break some nights missing the cart. Towards the end of stay we had a pretty big massive trip coming from the ceiling. That was leaking quite a bit of water. And the jetted tubs looked outdated in full of caulking. And there was a lot of wires showing. During the walkway, which isn’t a big thing but it’s a very nice resort that cleaning up the ugly would make it 100%.

Wonderful staff, very clean, loads of food options, beautiful nature all around. Walk to Xcaret. The beach is rocky so bring water shoes. The snorkeling was decent. The entertainment was good. We stayed 7 days and did not get bored

The rooms were extremely clean, and room service daily. The staff very polite, the food was amazing especially dinners at night. Highly recommend this place and don’t forget to try out the late night tacos they offer.

The common areas are kept very neat and clean. The staff is super friendly. This was also a very kid-friendly option. They had shows for kids and adults to enjoy every night. There were several animals to look at as well. The pools were kept very clean and also had family activities to enjoy. We also loved that they played music at the pools and beach.

Giovani in building 22 was absolutely amazing, we were sad we missed saying goodbye to her the day we left. We were without hot water for an entire day, unfortunately it was while my hubby had the flu and a hot shower was his only relief so that was disappointing. We also had the power go out about 10 times in 2 days. Wish there was hot tubs for cooler days and at night. Would’ve been nice if they listed where the activities were located so we could attend. Andrea was also wonderful at building 22. The staff were all very nice there and our room was great, just wish we could’ve made it cooler that 19 degrees
