Careful. The smell at the buffet place is very strong and not pleasant at all. They don’t have enough staff. For the price you can get something a lot better. . At swimming pool and beach you have to way a long time y you want for some one to bring your drinks. DONT GO THERE ..

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at the hotel. We arrived early and we were able to enjoy the amenities while we waited for our room to be ready. After we had our room number, we were able to make reservations for the restaurants for dinner for the nights we were there. We enjoyed our experience at all the restaurants. We went to the buffet for breakfast. We enjoyed the different lunch options around the pool. We spent most mornings at the pool and then enjoyed the afternoons at the beach. The beach had lots of sea grass on some days but it had cleared out on the last day. The entertainment staff had activities all day that were entertaining. They didn't seem to be fluent in English so there was some language barriers with some of them. The pool was great. Large with lots of different areas to enjoy.

Great place for vacation especially if you have little kids. Loved the beach area with the palm trees and soft sand. They have buffet and restaurants for dinner and grill and pancakes place for lunch close to the beach. Food was delicious with decent variety. The pool was very clean with swim up bar and nice area for little ones. The walkway is very nice because the trees are providing the shade which is protecting us from sun and you can enjoy seeing coatis playing, looking for food or sleeping on the trees. The room was cleaned every day with towels replaced. Special thank to the cleaning lady Maricela who has been doing the extra step when making our bed and shaping the bedding in the cute way and decorating it with fresh flowers and bonbons. Very pleased with her work as it made me smile and welcomed every time. Overall staff were very helpful and nice people. Will probably come back with my husband next time. Definitely recommend.

The beach was vast and beautiful. We very much liked that there were (2) distinct sections. We had access to the Priv. Section so we didnt have reserve/fight for chairs at any time. We wish the resort had the bar located in an adults only pool. Kids were jumping off bar stools/seats and sitting at the bar for hours, thus preventing adults from getting drinks. They also had their belongings (goggles, scuba masks, flippers, etc.) on top of the bar - again, making it difficult to get drinks. At no point did staff say anything to them. As far as restaurants go, more variety in the menus would be a nice change. And lastly, for the rooms, better amenities (lotion, shampoo and conditioner) and hotter water (ours was warm at best) would be much appreciated.

Beware Expedia or the Hotel will not provide airport transfers. When buying from Expedia you will not have transfer included. You will have to pay $100 extra one-way. Expedia customer service is unreachable and the hotel can't do anything about it. When buying directly from hotel, they might provide transfers, at least others did. Hotel itself is ok, typical resort. Staff is friendly. Night entertainment is a bit mellow more oriented for 50+ crowd. There is kids daycare and shallow pool but no water slides. Beach would be great if they clean seaweed regularly.

It is a nice small resort. The beach was amazing, and the pool was also pleasantly surprised with deep 2.75 m areas. Food compared to other resorts was more tasty. I really loved the coffee bar close to the pool area. Of course if you wanna pointed something negative you can find everywhere. I give this resort 5 stars. P.S Resort must make more flexible time and price for late check out
