Rooms are okay, most staff are friendly. Improvements needed: 1. Reception at Pez Vela needs to be replaced, two ladies were close to rude and totally mismanaged. The first day we had lunch there, they made us waited for 45 minutes lining up under the sun just to put our names on the waiting list! Then we had to wait another 30 minutes before we got our table. We went back there for lunch twice and we went early to avoid the line up, but both times, we need to stand aside for a few minutes (not really knowing why) as they served the customers behind us first! 2. The reservation system for fine dining needs improvement. You need to login and fight through online to book right at 8:30 in the morning, otherwise you won't get any decent dinner time. Also, you can only book for your own room and if you have multiple rooms (our family has 3 rooms), you need to win the lottery to be able to dine together! And the reservation for Sakura is even worse, you need to line up in the sun for at least an hour if you want to get some decent dining time, the desk opens at 8:30 and you need to line up by 7:45 if you want to dine at reasonable time, the only thing good about this restaurant is they allow you to book for multiple rooms.

We booked privilege as we like the added amenities that come with it. Check in was smooth and we were upgraded to a rooftop suite. Our butler Allan was able to get us into an à la carte the first night even though we arrived at supper time due to our plane being delayed. All of our reservations were handled by Allan and we didn’t have to plan anything. The room was spacious, mini bar always stocked and we had zero issues. The pool was chilly until you got in for a bit. The drinks were fabulous but keep in mind you can’t always get top shelf liquor at all places (even if you’re privilege). The only thing I would probably change is that only privilege guests can use the privilege pool. There is a roped off section for privilege but the pool is open to all guests. The food at all of the restaurants is delicious. A large variety to choose from. This was our second time to this resort and our 3rd time to an Oceans. It is great value for the cost. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel with very good food. I wish staff could better understand English. All restaurants were great except Bluemoon. For breakfast waited 1 hour to get food and it was wrong order for dinner we also had issue due to staff not understanding English. Everything else was great. I would definitely recommend this resort.

Ken, Daniela, and the entertainment crew were truly amazing. The bowling team and bartenders were wonderful, and the foam party was a highlight of the trip. The staff we interacted with on a day-to-day basis were friendly, fun, and genuinely hardworking. Unfortunately, the beginning of our stay was very rough. There were a lot of frustrations with the hotel experience and dining, and many amenities came with additional costs that were not clearly communicated upfront. Reservations were difficult to secure, and the overall coordination felt stressful rather than relaxing. We even tried to extend our stay by one to two days to salvage the experience, but that process was also extremely difficult, so we ultimately decided to leave early. While the entertainment and service staff truly stood out, the hotel itself was disappointing and ended up being our least favorite all-inclusive resort we’ve stayed at.
