We only had one issue while staying at the hotel. Our stuff was picked up by security after putting it on chairs at the pool and walking to the beach for a few minutes. We did notice that other chairs that had items on them when we set our items down and walked to the beach were still sitting on the empty chairs and had not been picked up by security. We had to go to the lobby to retrieve our bag. It took about 20-25 mins to get our items back and staff could not explain why only some guests items were taken while others sat there unattended. One staff member stated it was a new policy, but could not explain exactly what the policy entailed. Other than this our stay was great. Staff work hard to help guest enjoy their stay and we appreciated all their hospitality.

Floors need mopping in rooms and there were 2 roaches on our floors but they cleaned them. We were in room 5109 needs updating. The weather was not great but we made due.

The room was clean and included a mini fridge of drinks and chips. ALL of the restaurants had great food and impeccable service. The restaurants and cafe are included in the package, so you can just bring cash for tips. However, there are some restaurants with extras for an added cost, like lobster or wines. We realized early on that we brought too much cash because you don't have to pay for much. The activities were so much fun. I thought the reviews were too good to be true, but this was the best place I've ever stayed. ALL of the staff were amazing, kind, wonderful and funny. The only thing is that the resort is not in a walkable area, so you will need to arrange transportation to go anywhere. If you aren't looking to leave the resort, this is the perfect place to stay. Thank you to everyone at the resort! My best friend and I had the most amazing time!
