We booked a room with a king bed and when we got there they said the king beds are not guaranteed so they gave us two double beds. Was not happy about that but other than that we loved the place absolutely beautiful everybody especially the people around the pool that did all our activities were awesome every one of those people were great we are definitely coming back never had such a great time around the pool everything was very clean the restaurants were awesome best food I've ever had thanks again. But men do not forget you need long pants and nice shoes to go in their restaurants

The entertainment, specifically the Imperial Band, was excellent. The food was good and consistent. The bar in our room could have been better, more choice, and more consistency.

Easy walking distance to the pools, beach and restaurants. Felt very safe, polite staff clean grounds and room was immaculately cleaned multiple times a day. Our shower door needed adjustment other than that everything was excellent.

We have stayed at the Valentin many times. This time we opted for a longer stay in the deluxe rooms. Everything was wonderful as usual. Building #4 is in need of a little improvements, but it’s still far and away our favorite vacation spot.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Valentin Imperial in Riviera Maya. Our room was beautiful; we opened our glass door and could step out onto the beach! There were so many delicious food options. The service is truly amazing and we felt very well taken care of. We were visiting for our honeymoon and had every desire met. It is truly an amazing place. We can't wait to go back!
