Honestly one of the best resort I ever stayed in Mexico. Everything is clean and well-maintained. The staff are all super friendly. And the all-inclusive food and drinks selection (both the buffet and restaurants) have been amazing. I would definitely return again.

The entrance to this property was underwhelming and showing its wear. The grounds and building itself were modern, nice well groomed and very clean. Our room had a torn sofa and stained table, dirty drapes and lampshade. The staff were very quick to amend these things as soon as we reported them. They brought us brand new replacement furniture which was very much appreciated. They even brought an extra planter to keep people from walking onto our terrace. The food was not very good at the buffet. It was also the smallest buffet with the least amount of options I have ever seen at an all inclusive. Every day they had the same type of desserts, just different flavors. There was also a distinct lack of gluten free options for those who were intolerant. The dining-room was beautiful and the service was excellent. The restaurants were a bit better and we opted to go there in the evening. As far as drinks go, unless you were drinking beer or a vodka soda they were not good. Very, very sweet and lacking in flavor or decent quality spirits. Even the margaritas were questionable and inconsistent. The rooms themselves were nice. We had a swim out room and it was definitely worth it. The beach wasn’t great but that was primarily because it was seaweed season so that was entirely out of their control. All of the resorts along the coast had this issue. The thing that made up for everything though was the staff and the service. They were amazing. So friendly and accommodating.

All of the food was very good. The staff was excellent. My reservation was messed up at the hibachi restaurant, and they rescheduled my party. They said i would get a complimentary bottle of wine but charged me for it anyway. I brought friends and family and asked for a swim out room near the quiet pool as my upgrade but was denied.

So relaxing! The staff was very friendly, the grounds were maintained and very clean. Room service was wonderful the food options at the resort were great. Entertainment was so fun, something going on nightly. Just a short drive to downtown shopping. And Can’t wait to go back.

Rooms were clean and the food was great, my only thing to complain about is all of the restaurants aren’t open. One is closed for the season and the others rotate which is open. The main issue here is that it is Competitive to get a reservation so they basically con you by forcing you to buy a bottle of wine to be able to make a reservation and eat.

The rooms were clean, updates would be nice but wasn’t expecting 5 star for the price so the price was appropriate for the condition. Food was good just not spectacular. The staff such as waiter/waitresses and bartenders were top notch!!! Loves them all and those people made the stay amazing! The grounds were well kept and loved all the pools!!
