We arrived to a dirty room, visible dirt on the floors, moldy mirrors, hair on the bed, dirt in the hot tub, and originally were told this is standard wear and tear. We insisted being able to kick around dirt is not standard and requested another room, it was also dirty. We got upgraded after calling and waiting for 3 hours. The new room was larger, less dirty but still not cleaned to our standards and couch was literally falling apart, the entire side of it fell off in the middle of the night. Compared to the other resort we stayed at the last time we visited Cancun, this one is much smaller, with less pool and food options. The unlimited drinks are watered down, the food meh and we couldn’t use the beach because of the seaweed. The smell from the beach met you at the resort was also atrocious and nauseating. Lastly, they didn’t get my luggage on our shuttle to the airport and when we called they blamed us, made us pay $70 USD to get my luggage back. I will never be returning to this resort and do not recommend it. The spa was the thing with no complaints.

The breakfast buffet was ok, but could of used some change ups, same dry hard pancakes each day. Bigger desserts, more like two bites. Spa was very tricky about how they offered a free hydro treatment, but then take you fdirectly to a massage and charge $158 to your room. They tricked my daughter on her birthday, saying it was a birthday gift to her, and at check out, she had to pay for it.

The 2 , 4 star ratings are due to the beach , it was covered in sea weeds and smelled like dead fish,apparently this only happens certain times. The other is for hallways, dirty mostly from the coatimundi. We were in building 1 which is as far as you can get from main bar, food and evening entertainment. But close to main pool.

Overall this resort was perfect for us. The staff was friendly, the rooms beautiful and it was very clean. The only issue we had is the wine selection for an all inclusive was poor and it wasn’t included in the rooms.

I booked this hotel because it was an Expedia VIP Property. We were going to stay at the Hyatt but decided to stay here because of this. First I would like to say that Aurelia the concierge was the only reason we did not leave the hotel on the 2nd day. We were celebrating a special.occasion and he went above and beyond to ensure that what I planned was successful. It was amazing. The bellman, bartenders were also very friendly. Most staff we came in contact with the exception of the front desk staff and management were friendly. Our issue is we were given the VIP ugrade. The Jacuzzi tub broke the evening that we arrived and when we brought it to the atrention of the supervisor after it could not be fixed because the motor went out. We were told that we could move to another room with two queen beds which was not an option or wait for it to be fixed. The manager communicated to the supervisor that basically they were not going to do anything for us because we received an upgrade anyway and didn’t pay for it. I reminded them that they have an agreement with Expedia that if they had availability we would receive an upgrade but that upgrade should not be in a room with broken amenities. They said it would be fixed the next day at 8am. It was not fixed until the afternoon.This set the tone for our whole visit. The property is beautiful but small. The food is good. Pools are poorly designed. Beach front is full of seaweed. The SPA experience was not good.

Spent 5 days with a group of 12. Had a great time. Staff were friendly and helpful, food options were great, didn’t have a disappointing meal and never had trouble getting into any of the restaurants. Rooms were clean, ac was programmed and wouldn’t go below 22. That was only concern with room. Fridge was restocked daily. Had a swim up room which was a great option for a quiet afternoon in a pool. Main pool staff were amazing and the lunch served was awesome. Some of the afternoon pool activities could use a change. The bingo game does not get a lot of involvement and is more annoying to those who would rather have some music playing and cold drinks flowing. Entertainment nightly was great. Overall great stay and happy we choice this resort.

This property is one I would come back to. The entertainment staff were amazing and made us feel like family! Luna, Betto, Johnny and Ramsey were such a pleasure every day and were some of the kindest people I have ever met. They truly made our vacation and are a main reason why we would come back! The shows at night were also a highlight and the staff often got involved in them and even had audience come on stage. Food was amazing but dinner options are not ment for large groups, we had a group of 8 and although “no reservations” were needed we needed to wait up to 2 hours to be sat at the table and were often split into 2 groups of 4. The actual dinner took very long to serve and we often had to ask for the courses to be hurried along when our waiters would go missing. Front lobby staff and bartenders were not very outgoing or helpful and we often felt we were bothering them. It really depended on the server… either perfection or 30 min looking for someone to bring you a water. Pools were clean and we spent time by the “fun pool” where activities took place, there are quiet areas that were more relaxing but my group went for the more “party” time in addition to some relaxation. This resort is a good medium for party and relaxing and allows you to have both options. Overall I would recommend this resort but if you are someone who is apart of a large group and you don’t have patience, this resort is not for you unless you are planning to eat the buffet every day.

It was our second time back to this resort, and it was exactly as we remembered it. You can party at the activity pool, or if you want to be quiet and romantic you can find a spot at the quieter pools or your swim out (highly recommended). The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. It didn’t feel like there was a language barrier at all! We also got a message at Spa Princess and they were phenomenal. 5 out of 5 - Highly recommend!
