The property was in need of renovation. Things were missing in the rooms, like blankets or kitchen things. Some staff dident speak English but they tryed to help anyway. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived it was not very clean on the floor, like someone had dropped a sticky drink, but the rest of the 2 weeks everything was very clean. My bedroom was very sound proof, and that was great since nigthclubs are close by. This hotelnis in the Center of town within walking distance to everything.

The worst hotel ever!! Good luck if you have a problem as they don’t have on-site management and was told by receptionist she doesn’t have a way to call manager and refuse to even provide a name. Run down to the max. Old pics on site.

The “motel” smell a lot of humidity IN the room, the extra charges they try to charge were ridiculous so be ware off your bill, and the lady at the desk when we left was super rude

It’s just okay. The shower is very cool, it’s comfortable enough. There’s no fridge in room or available. No coffee in rooms or on property. No hair dryers in room or available. Staff at pool seemed to change the price of drinks at will.

I stayed at the palm the end of January for a solo birthday trip.. the hotel is near everything! Walmart is three blocks up and the beach is two blocks down. Security was always at the entrance, the area was safe and comfortable. Check in/check out was fast and simple. My room was clean, my tv did not have a remote but the desk rep went and found me one.. tv had Netflix for the nights I wanted to relax. The WiFi is not the strongest and a little hard to connect.. the rooftop was chill and fairly empty.. overall I enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely book again.
