Superb location, will repeat

The best thing about this hotel is its location. You’re so close to a few very strategic locations, including downtown and the three different ferries, to name some.

We arrived late, around 10 PM. Check in was easy and the room was clean. The room was warm, as the A/C was off when we arrived and it took a couple of hours for the room to cool off. But overall it was good for the price.

The location was perfect as it’s in the Parque los Fundadores and close to restaurants and the ferry. I got there early and was able to leave my luggage while I took a day trip to Cozumel. I was traveling alone with my toddler and felt very safe. The staff was great in helping me get a very early morning shuttle scheduled to Cancun (separate price).

GREAT Location to everything! The staff was great and very helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, the hotel is a little dated but I would book another stay there. The view was nice but the beach is full of seaweed, ALOT of it, so bad that it can't be kept, this is the entire shoreline and the smell is pretty bad.

Our second time staying here. Central located, so easy to walk around from there. Next to beach and ferry dock to Cozumel. If you are driving, plan to walk far to a parking location.

Perfect location

Had all the simple basic necessities. Bed is very hard, it felt like we were sleeping on a boxspring rather than a mattress. On our last night and day of departure we had no hot water for a basic shower. Otherwise it is very clean and the location is perfect!

A great find on the beach at the south end of 5th Avenue just across the street from the Parque Los Fundadores. Easy access to everything! Our room had an ocean view with amazing sunrises from our balcony and was unexpectedly quiet given the close proximity to 5th Avenue and the park. Daily housekeeping, wi-fi, A/C, bottled water, mini-refrigerator and coffee maker made our stay effortless and enjoyable. Great rates, too!

If you MUST need reliable WiFi, avoid this place. It's also very noisy and there’s dogs that bark all night. Other than that, it’s clean; housekeeping comes daily and it’s located in a very convenient area.
