Staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was very good and facility is in a convenient location. There was a soft sale on the hotel chain, which I did not care for, but was nothing compared to timeshare type sales pitches I’ve experienced in the past. Nighttime “entertainment” was ‘eh’, but overall had a very nice time.

I enjoyed the property,but they ran out of several alcohols daily. The grounds were nice but, the beach, what they had of it was at the opposite end of the resort and very hard to get to or to find.

We love that the property isn’t to big and it’s close to 5th Ave. I was happy to see that they brought in sand and they now have a little bit of a beach. The staff is fantastic.

Great quiet resort. Staff are amazing, resort is well maintained, small beach area but after 11pm they stop serving liquor. Shopping and restaurants within a walkable distance. Felt very safe on and off the resort. Liquor fridge stocked in the room daily.

The property’s location is good. It is close to 5th Avenue. The room was ok, not the cleanest. The food was not good and the drinks were very weak. I would not stay here again.

The food was not that great. I thought that Zerape in specific was very disappointing. the world buffet was mediocre. i thought the staff was excellent Mitsy one of the activities girls was a hoot, and there was a lady in her mid forties who was the nicest and most helpful employee at anywhere I've stayed. The beach was small and rocky but IG thats why it is a cheaper resort
