This is a beautiful resort. Lots of picturesque spots. Staff is friendly and helpful. Remodeled rooms are beautiful, but the swim-out rooms are the way to go! Most of the restaurants don't have signage, so you have to ask where restaurants are. The food at the restaurants is okay, but they're always full! Buffet-very nice. Ice cream shop is a plus! There's an app for everything, but the Wifi is spotty and only works about 50% of the time with you keep having to log in. There was supposed to be hamburger and taco carts near pools, but couldn't find them anywhere. Only food near pool is at the Snack Shack (limited menu, and have to go inside to order) or at the Food Cart near the Family Club pool (even more limited menu with mini hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, and fries). So no food pool-side really. Waiters come around asking if you want drinks. But that rarely happens, as we were told there's about 1 per pool! It's easier if you go get drinks yourself. Such a large resort, that they offer a shuttle all the way down to the beach. It comes every 10 min. Beach has lots of seaweed in July...unswimmable most days. That have a Waterpark with lots of waterslides. Those are great with the kiddie pool area right nearby. Definitely a plus! Grounds at the resort are well maintained. They have professional photographers around. You can take unlimited pictures around the resort and then buy whatever pics you want at the gift shop. This is a must! Coffee shop is good to good too!
