This is a very well-thought-out place to spend a vacation. Excellent attention to detail. Total relaxation at the spa and I also had a lot of fun in the evenings. Theater, witty disco with entrance through the pharmacy, all designed for having a good time. But, my best moments were in Cielo's pool. I will gladly return to this hotel on another occasion. Thanks to the staff, especially our butlers Mateo and Alberto, Carlos at the French restaurant, and also to the entertainment team for making my vacation unforgettable.

We really enjoyed the Impressions section of this resort, and it significantly influenced my overall review. The layout of the resort is very nice, and our Ocean View room was beautiful. Our butlers were outstanding as well. However, the resort became overcrowded from Thursday to Sunday, making it nearly impossible to get a drink at any bar on the property. We often had to retreat to the Impressions lobby and their restaurant upstairs. I wasn’t particularly fond of the suggested reservation times, as they sometimes limited our dining options. I believe the resort has too many rooms for the number of bars and restaurants available. Despite this, we enjoyed our time at Impressions, and the staff was fantastic. The beach wasn’t great, but we enjoyed the 3 pools available at Impressions very much.
