The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is huge with a lot of walking around to do, and a lot of activities to choose from. However when the temperatures are high in Cancun the pool water becomes very hot, and it’s not enjoyable to swim in at all. Also you cannot swim in the beach due to the seaweed

The service was awesome, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in had issues with the power and toilet which was frustrating. The food was good, not great but there were a ton of options. Wildlife everywhere which was cool. So many tours could pick us up through the resort which was nice. A lot of walking, I wish that there could’ve been more carts that drove through more often. Overall a great stay!

Went here with my friendly, I absolutely loved how tropical it was. The atmosphere, dinning, activities and the food stood out the most for me. One thing I would say the nightly performance needed a little bit more variation but apart from that highly recommend

Overall, the experience fell short of expectations. The service was underwhelming, and the food left much to be desired. One major disappointment was the pool hours—they close at 7 wPM, which significantly limits evening entertainment. While the resort offers trolley service for transportation, the trolleys were consistently full, leaving us to walk long distances around what is a very large property. We also saw a few large cockroaches and the poolside bar

This was a beautiful resort. We got to see so much wildlife. One thing that should have been better is the AC—our room was never the correct temperature despite multiple service requests. The main buffet leaves a bit to be desired but the restaurant options for dinner were all impressive. The French restaurant was my favorite!

The plants and animals made this resort so unique. It was really nicely laid out and everything was easy to get to and accessible. The food was the only downside of this resort so if you are a foodie I would not suggest it. But everything else made up for it so I would stay here again
