This resort is pure perfection. This is our 10th time in Mexico and Ocean Riviera Paradise is by far the best hotel we stayed at. The atmosphere, the services, the amenities, the suites and the food are top notch. We strongly recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms, comfy beds , direct service staff are fantastic. Guest service could use a lesson in customer service & how to be polite. The food is ok. Only 2 restaurants were really good. Caribbean & Italian was ok. Breakfast buffet is really good. Most is pretty bland. I would definitely stay again, just don’t expect to get anything from guest services.

Rooms are old, smelly, poorly cleaned, shower barely works, and insects everywhere. Basic items like towels or sheets take up to 10 hours. Staff and management are rude and useless. Complaints are ignored. Everything costs extra money: room service, decent drinks, even restaurant reservations force alcohol purchases at overpriced rates — none of this is clearly disclosed online. We were six families and all had a terrible experience. Even one star is too much. Avoid at all costs.

My family and I loved our stay here. The rooms were clean, the staff were amazing. Heydi was one of the staff members that stood out to us she was so friendly and accommodating she helped us with all our reservations she was amazing since day one. They had so many fun things for my family and I to enjoy. I almost forgot to mention the food was delicious! Our favorite dining restaurants were La Locanda, Sakura, Pez Vela, and the Amaranto.The resort is child friendly and my son had a blast.

This was an excellent resort!! We especially loved the kids club and the staff there!! Shoutout to those ladies and the guys at the Japanese restaurant. Daniel was absolutely entertaining and his partner the server was too. Boy it has been a few weeks I forget his name I am sorry.
