Beautiful resort with many pools to choose from. The quality of the food is great. Overall very clean and the staff is beyond friendly and hospitable. The preferred club unlocks the rooftop area with the best pool and food IMO. Cons: the lighting the bathroom is horrible it’s impossible to get ready there. There are virtually no outlets in the rooms!!

Real review from someone who’s been to over 20 all-inclusives! This resort is truly a foodie’s paradise. If you’ve been to other all-inclusives, you know the food is usually just okay — but not here. Every meal was impressive. At night, you’ll find little food stands like a taco truck, a fruit-and-crepe cart, and even a fresh juice station. Everything tastes fresh and made with care. There are plenty of restaurants, and none require reservations, which I loved — though be prepared for a bit of a wait during busy times (we waited up to two hours once). It’s not a big deal though; you can grab a drink and hang out until your table is ready. The resort itself is stunning. There are so many pools and quiet corners that it never feels crowded. The steakhouse was a highlight — the bone marrow tartare and ceviche were incredible. We had an oceanfront room. The view was nice, but the beach itself isn’t the typical turquoise-blue water you’d expect from Cancun — so if you’re coming for the beach, keep that in mind. You definitely trade a “wow” beach for amazing food and resort quality here. We also upgraded to the Preferred Club. The main perks were a private check-in area with snacks, and access to the rooftop pool and restaurant, which were both worth it for the quieter vibe and great service. Overall, we loved our stay and will only book Secrets Resorts moving forward. Highly recommend for couples who value great food, great service, and a relaxing, upscale atmosphere.

The food was phenomenal!!! The facilities are very clean and well kept. We had an issue with a musty smell in our room that we mentioned, and they had resolved by the time we were back from dinner! The staff was outstanding, special shoutout to the entertainment team: Monica, Cristian, Miguel! We will 100% be back to Secrets Moxché.

Secrets Moxché was hands down one of the most incredible resort experience I’ve ever had! I had an amazing 5 day stay filled with amazing experiences. Upon arriving to the property I was greeted with smiles, warm welcomes of home from the staff, a great glass of champagne, a cool towel that smelled like pure bliss! I was started my check in process with Jael (who was amazing!) . My check-in was very smooth, Jael explained the various dining options, pool locations, keyless entry, ad had my room ready! When I entered by room I was extremely happy to see that the pictures did not disappoint. My room was clean, AC was nice and cold and my tropical view was nothing short of amazing. I decided to have a quick bit a Seasoul and enjoyed the first of many delicious meals. The restaurant was very clean, the staff was warm and welcoming and the food was fresh! After lunch I headed to the main pool and met Nicolas, who ended up being my go to pool bartender along with his two co-workers for my entire stay! The drinks were refreshing and I did not have a long wait. I had dinner at Bisou with Arnado as my server. He recommended so great options for me such as the mussels, salmon, and an amazing dessert made of chocolate and raspberries! I ended my night listening to smooth sounds of the live band located at Bamboo (while I can't remember their names, they definitely set the mood for a relaxing evening under the stars)! I also tried the Ember steakhouse ( Miguel was great)!

I had a brand new very expensive cologne left at the property & they did not notify me that i left it behind nor did they call me back after i realized i had left it there I called about 5 times asking for it and they gave me the run around. One lady said she would ask and call me right back. The cologne isnt only expensive it was a gift for my birthday & was brand new. I really wish they would of owned up or tried to make it right. They did neither. Do not plan on staying at any secrets resorts

Beautiful property with amazing pools and great food. Beach was not great but the pools and delicious food totally made up for it. Loved the proximity to great Grand Coyote golf course too.
