This property was the perfect blend of fun and relaxing. We had so much fun playing by the pool and drinking, while watching the entertainment of basketball or volleyball games in the water. The resort was safe. The resort was always clean with staff constantly keeping the resort in pristine condition. The food was so yummy and stood out to me unlike any other resort. 10/10 would recommend!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed! There were many food options such as a bbq and a taco bar outside in addition to the many restaurants. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that it was difficult to find a chain by the pools. Either the staff put towels out for people or people came early in the mornings and put towels on the chairs and left them there all day so that no one else could use them. Overall we enjoyed our time at Secrets Moxche’!

We stayed here for our honeymoon and chose this resort based on videos we saw on social media. Overall, we would not recommend this resort to our friends or family. The resort/property is immaculate - definitely the most gorgeous resort we've stayed at. The staff here are top tier - Alfredo our waiter by the pool and Miguel from the entertainment team were our favorites. There are not enough pool chairs at any of the pools - we struggled everyday to find seating and majority of the days did not get seats. Dinner options are limited - no dinner buffet and the restaurants don't take reservations so if you don't get there before 6:30 you won't get a meal for dinner Birds and gas - we were attacked by black birds multiple days and sprayed with gasoline at one of the evening beach shows, which obviously weren't pleasant experiences Drinks - drinks were great but they have a weird rule across the resort where they don't make any mixed shots, you can only have straight liquor shots

The staff and service were excellent. The restaurants were good. Our favourites were Dos Almos, the Mexican restaurant and Ember. The mixology could be improved compared to other 5 star resorts. The pools were great, especially the main beach pool. The beach isn't good, but we knew this when booking. The pools make up for it. There are a lot of upsells and the corporate events hold it back from being a 5 star in my opinion. The corporate events made it feel less of a relaxing, romantic vibe. Overall, it was a nice resort and we enjoyed our stay.
