We stayed at this hotel for 10 days and really enjoyed our experience. From the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and always happy to help. Their customer service truly stood out and nothing was ever too much trouble. We had to move rooms a few times due to rooms not being up to standard but the team handled it quickly and made sure we were completely satisfied in the end. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. It was excellent every morning, fresh, delicious and with plenty of choice. It was also much cheaper than most other places in the area which made it even better value. Whether we wanted something light or a hearty start to the day, the quality and freshness were always impressive. Although it rained quite a lot during our time there, the comfort of the hotel and the kindness of the staff more than made up for the weather. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and stress free. By the end of our trip we felt really well looked after and grateful for their hospitality. Overall we had a lovely stay and would happily return. Great staff, comfortable rooms, an excellent breakfast and very good value for money. A wonderful place to stay, even if the weather doesn’t cooperate.

The positive was amazing price for a large clean room. The negative was nagging problems. safe didn't work and had to call twice. toilet was fragile. toilet tissue we found out the hard way had to be put in trash to avoid clogging, which happened once. not able to charge our breakfast to the room was inconvenient. water was not replenished. towels for pool require a card presented to front desk which have to be returned. the beach area was average but you have to pay to use bathrooms or rent furniture and it was crowded. meh.... other positives include a wonderful infiniti pool. great restaurants and shops nearby. i bought some nice things at a good price if you can haggle. I had great massages for 75% less than usa prices. Exchanging for mexican money didn't seem like you got a very good deal. All in all my opinion a 4 star hotel, not 5 but still a great value if you can put up with minor inconveniences. ac worked well. noise outside could be annoying unless you are at the all night partying. The resort was pretty empty but didn't even ask me if i wanted an upgraded room.

I stayed in the king room with the hot tub on the deck. I was told not to fill it myself and that i would need to call a staff member to fill it for me. So I waited with the maintenance guy sitting on my balcony for 30 mins. Not 2 hours later , it was empty. They filled it a second time with cold water. Room was cleaned nicely except for the last day. Wifi worked well. Tv in bedroom did not work. Restaurant had only one waiter for all the tables. I honestly felt bad for him trying to take care of all those people. For the cost, I won't stay here again.

I LOVED THIS HOTEL THE CLOSENESS OF ALL RESTAURANTS,WALKABILITY TO THE MALL AND THE STRIP AND THE BEACH . IT WAS WORTH IT IF YOU WANT TO STAY CLOSE TO YOUR HOTEL AND JUST WALK TO EAT AT GREAT RESTAURANTS NEARBY NO UBER REQUIRED AND THE AREA IS SAFE.

Need backup generator.

Place was under new ownership and it showed a bit. Parts of the building were not accessible. Building lost power due to a rain storm and it was not equipped with a 'backup generator' so rooms were 'unusable' at night.

Staff was excellent. Very safe. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. Get proximity to everything.. tour arrangements were very easy to make. Everyone was friendly. Clean and roof top pool was great plus air conditioned small gym wirh restrooms. Because its next to the main shops and restaurants lots of music can be heard at night from the local restaurants and bars. Otherwise excellent olace to stay. Bes is super comfortable. Was expecting more from 4* Hilton property

I recently stayed at a 4-star Hilton hotel chain, and while my experience had many positives, there were also a few disappointments, especially considering the price paid. •Positives: The staff was undoubtedly the highlight of my stay. The reception team was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The restaurant and bar staff were equally kind and hardworking, doing their best despite being understaffed. The hotel itself is beautiful, with well-maintained rooms and a comfortable bed—soft, but not overly so, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The location is also fantastic: right on the main street and only a 2-3 minute walk from the beach, making it perfect for both relaxation and convenience. •Negatives: Unfortunately, the service times at both breakfast and dinner were frustratingly long due to a lack of staff. The employees were doing their best (they truly deserve a raise!), but the delays were inevitable. Another major issue was the lack of an indoor dining option. The hotel didn’t seem to be designed with rainy weather in mind. On our first night, because the restaurant was fully outdoors (without any roof), we were advised to order room service. The only other alternative was squeezing in at the bar, which offered minimal coverage from the rain. Additionally, the menu never changed throughout our stay, and there was no buffet option. Every dish had to be ordered individually, which, made things slower. Internet 20Mb down and up, slow.

We choose the master suite. Though it is not sound proof between living and bedroom areas, the size is decent. Room service is good. The food options are based on customer order instead of large buffet, we found it nice and fresh. Hotel is next to main street so it is very covenient for shopping, though 20-30 min walk to beach. One thing bothered me was the loud music, which last till 2A sometimes.
