The hotel is a wonderful, family-friendly destination with a few adults-only areas for those looking for a quieter atmosphere. Our favorite restaurant was Margarita — if you visit, look for Mario (quesadilla maker). He is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Mario’s quesadillas were so good you’ll probably end up having more than one while enjoying some great conversation with him. If you become a Privilege or Exclusive member, ask for Alan as your advisor. He helped my friends and I find the best places to visit and arranged our restaurant reservations to fit perfectly into our schedule. The resort itself is a great place to stay and enjoy without ever needing to leave the property. There are plenty of activities and entertainment options, and the whole resort feels like a small town with something for everyone.

Love this place! The management were incredible attentive and remedied a small room issue with a full upgrade. The pools were clean & nice! The property was very well kept an clean, too. It started with a very enthusiastic greeting from Elias who went out of his way for the 9 days we stayed to take care of all us (3 couples) and ensure a seamless experience. The staff at the El Beso swim up bar were also amazing! The rooms were spotless and well maintained. The food in the buffet was varied and there was plenty of it at all times. The specialty restaurants were all delicious and menus were well planned and executed. We chose to enjoy the Valentines Day beach front evening dining experience and it was well worth it! All in all we had a wonderful time and will return to the Ocean line of resorts again and again(4th one in 2.5 yrs.)

The place was beautiful! The amenities were amazing! If you don’t have reservations to eat at the restaurants in the evening, you’re left to eat at the buffet. Buffet food was subpar. I would rather starve all day until dinner. Overall, the experience was nice. I will be going back.
