I appreciated the communication prior to our arrival. I was able to make a request for room type/location and depending on availability, it was approved. We also liked the size of the property, it wasn't too big or too small. Everything was within walking distance at the hotel, and simple souvenir shopping just across the street. There was ample choices for food. The entertainment staff was friendly and welcoming. There were plenty of chairs around the pool and beach accessibility.

He tenido experiencias muy positivas en otros hoteles de esta cadena por ofrecer mucha accesibilidad para personas en sillas de ruedas. En este no fue del todo positivo, ya que la habitación asignada no fue del todo adecuada y no nos dieron mucha flexibilidad de cambio por haber hecho la reserva por Expedía. Si tengo que resaltar que tienen contacto con empresa q alquila equipo, lo cual fue estupendo

To start, we weren’t given a room until well after the official check-in time. The hotel has no elevators, so be prepared to carry heavy luggage up multiple flights of stairs. The pool area was a disaster—frequent incidents with intoxicated guests vomiting in the water. Each time this happened, the pool was shut down for the entire day. Unfortunately, during our 5-day stay, we never got to use the pool at all. Overall, this was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had.

Beach is wonderful but there isn't enough places with shade. Ground property was clean everyday. Dining options with many different choices. We want to say thank you to Samuel for helping us to choose the comfortable room.

I thought the resort was good. The staff was amazing but I did find that the food at the Asian and Italian restaurants were sub par. The Mexican restaurant was good and the buffets were decent. The steak house was absolutely amazing the first time I went but the 2nd time was not good at all so consistency needs to be looked at. Overall, I had a great time with friends and I would go back for the price

Although the AC needs work and property is more like a 4 star in Canadian/American standard, the poolside was great, just a short walk to the beach, and the staff workers work very hard. Definitely would recommend and come again, no question.
