I got the swim up garden door wasn’t working to close it. They came to fix it. They didn’t fix it. They just closed the door and couldn’t open it. It was a waste of money my wife was so excited to go outside and drink, coffee and relax, and we couldn’t even do that also concierge told us that we had to pay for a park and then the next day I went again and they told me all I had to do was do a reservation. Very terrible staff
