Hotel was TERRIBLE! Did not meet our expectations at all! I booked 2 rooms for my family and both rooms were not at par to what we expected. Both of our rooms experienced AC leaking and when we arrived to the room later that night, there was a huge puddle in the middle of the bathroom. One of the rooms shower head continuously leaked throughout the stay. There’s this horrible smell that never went away during our smell, we talked about it with other guests and it turned out, they were also experiencing that same smell. There are only 3 restaurants and you must arrive at 7am and wait approximately 1.5hrs or more in line to make a reservation for dinner for same day or future reservations, not available to do via app as they tell you. Waiters were good, encountered some that were very rude and muttered things behind our backs. The only best thing of the hotel was entertainment. Daily activities and daily shows at night were amazing! The Funtastic crew was great and always in such a good mood in the pool and beach area that it was the best thing we looked forward to during the days we stayed in. Honestly do not recommend this hotel at all, STAY AWAY !

The access to the beach was very simple and was gorgeous. The two pools were on the small side. For five days in a row every single item off of the buffet at the veranda was cold. The employees who try to sell you lifelong memberships literally stalk you to try to get you to buy their memberships. and on my last day unfortunately, I witnessed an employee in the kitchen area drop five spoons on the floor. He picked them up and placed them back on the food trays. I approached him. He completely ignored me. I told one of the other employees in the kitchen, who said that he would bring it up to the manager. This is unacceptable anywhere. Also beware that this location indicates that they are all inclusive but if you want to eat at the restaurants that they have there that are not the Buffay style you have to get up in the morning and get in line at 7:15 AM to make a reservation at their other restaurants. At their only seafood restaurant that they have there, they had plenty of hamburgers and pizzas to choose from that menu Just doesn’t make sense. Food quality, variety, etc. 3-4 star for hotel. A 1 star for food

This hotel is overall 2/3 stars. Food is the same thing over and over at the buffet. The restaurants aren’t good. Efrain at the bar was the best part of the entire trip. They constantly try to sell you a timeshare. Spa wasn’t open but you can get a massage on the beach! $60usd. Beds are very hard so you’ll need that massage!

Too many stairs!!! Stairs to get anywhere on the property. Not enough elevators. Not enough food options during the day. The mall across the street was cool. It was close to the ultramar for the island. The staff was hit or miss. Asked for coffee everyday for room, got it once in the 7 days. Beach was very pretty. Best part of the resort!

Like the spacious rooms, adult pool, Italian, Mexican and Seafood restaurants. Had a coffee maker in our room but no coffee, creamer, sugar and cups. No mini fridge with sodas, beer. Dislike was getting serve bad beer twice in the lobby bar. We are beers drinkers and know when a keg goes bad. Breakfast buffet lacked more cultural food, like homemade quesadillas, menudo, pozole. More selection of fruits. Stayed 5 days and entertainment was not that great. Lobby had projectors to watch instead of big TV screens. From 1-10 we give it a 5. Thank you

The reception staff was rude and unprofessional, excluding the woman that checked me in! I was lied to about my room type and "free covid tests". Some of the local guests were rude and superficial but needed humbling because they were not what they thought they were. The rooms were basic, the food was cold and the same thing every day. The drinks were ok but some of the liquor tasted suspicious. Overall, I give this resort a 3 only because of the waiters, 1 receptionist that helped me, and the 1 woman at the information desk. The front receptionists are rude and LAZY!

We have stayed there before it is really great place in every way, except shuttle pick up to airport was too early 3 1/2 hrs before the flight they picked us up at 4:30 for 7:45 flight there was only 1 couple and us.ride took only 15 minutes.
