The property had a lot of roaches in the room, we were moved 2 doors down and the room still had bugs. We mentioned this issue twice because we were moved to another room and still these was no changes.

Friendly staff, clean & safe. The air-conditioning in general areas was poor. Room air good. Two elevators were down for 3days, entire visit. Caused crowded conditions and long sweaty wait and ride time. Would probably not revisit.

The food was relatively good and there was a wide variety of food to eat, but my biggest problem was that my room was unsafe and the staff didn't do anything to fix it, there were shards of glass in the bathroom, the bathroom itself was in horrible shape with the toilet needing to be fixed and the shower didn't even have a door, we reported the fact that the shower was missing the door to the front desk when we arrived, they said that by 3pm the next day it would be fixed if not they would move us to another room, this issue was never resolved and we reported this to six different people including a supervisor named Mario Rodriguez. Absolutely nothing was made to fix this and we were shunned pretty much the entire time. The elevators were always broken and it seemed as though there was no one working on them, the pool was very dirty and murkey, for an outside pool I expected it to smell like chlorine but instead it smelled like dirty water. The main part of the hotel itself is very hot and there is little to no ventilation. The area of mini golf for the kids smelled like mold and dirty water. The game room with tables of billiards are incomplete with missing balls and everything being in bad shape. The steak that was served in the steak house restaurant was ordered medium but was served blue rare and was not at all cooked. Overall this hotel is absolutely horrible and unsafe I would not recommend this to anyone at all.

I do not recommend this hotel for several reasons. Our room temperature was ok but I had better in other hotels. Overall the hotels temperature is hot including the restaurants. The elevators are super hot and most of the time one of the two where out of order. The only good thing is you don’t need a reservation to dine in the restaurants but the food is not great. Once I was left outside my room because my bracelet to access my room did not work anymore. So there I was outside my room with all these heavy packages unable to get in. So imagine we were on the 7th floor so I did not want to go back with all those heavy packages and take a hot elevator to reset my bracelet so I call my wife to let me in and it turn out her bracelet did not work either. She had to go downstairs to reception to have her bracelet reset while I was left outside my room with all these packages. It took approximately 30 minutes to be able to access our room. The hotel did send us a piece of cake an a bottle of wine to make up for their inconveniences but I rather have a good experience rather than wine and cake. Needless to say I will never come back to this hotel. Thank you for the opportunity to express myself and vent my frustration.

If you really want to live a nightmare while on vacation go to this hotel !!! Dirty , rooms were old and bad conditions, one hour wait to eat in every single restaurant, Buffett had horrible food, dark inside , old tables and chairs , pool was disgusting . I was supposed to stay for a whole week and leave the following day after my check in to another hotel . Please stay away from this hotel !!!

Elevators took forever and they were very limited for the amount of guests. Reservations for dinner had to be made and often not available. Transportation was suppose to be set up for our group for a your and was not, ending up with our group not being able to go and over $1000 for our group of 10 wasted.

This hotel unfortunately has nothing to do with the pictures posted, a/c not working throughout the entire hotel, elevator broken and without a/c, every time would be over crowded and without a/c it’s really horrifying, the rooms not well maintained, shower dirty with mold I had to shower with sandals. The balcony was moving, the pool extremely dirty, the buffet did not have much variety, not good quality. I’m really sorry because the only good thing about this property was the staff for sure, very attentive very responsive but the property itself and the amenities, were very disappointing to the point where we only spent one night, the next day we left the property requesting a refund. This was a real disappointment, not the kind of hotel I recommend.

This property is not safe for kids but they said it is for family. 12 floors building and the backyard is only for 1000 peoples . They have workers at the Front desk, yet people are missing their transportations. They don’t notify you if you’re not there for transportation, they don’t even think maybe internet is low you cannot make phone call. Or they didn’t even tell you the time of your pickup. but when you leave and come back to the facility they write it down. If you’re adult and couple, if you like activities this is not a place for you. The facility lights is very depress. And if you’re afraid of heights, this is not a place for you. Mind you I was on the 11 floor. It looks like you enter into a funeral home. I barely stay there, which made me spent more money than I should. In my 4 days there, I only ate 4 meals only. The only good thing theirs meals are good and natural. The water is the rain water. It is yellowish, as if the soap never leaves you body.

Where do I begin the property is falling apart inside and out, The concrete is chipping off the facade of the building throughout. The tub in the room is turning yellow and scratched. The tiles on the floor and shower are coming apart and falling off. The shower door is some type of discolored old plastic. The water pressure is low. Almost all of the Hotel is not air conditioned. Elevator's are like a sauna and multiple were broken down making the wait times long and the time on the elevators long. The Pool was not nice just a square of water. The bars had cheap liquor that they just tried to add sugary frozen syrup to. The restaurants claim to be a steak house and the brinhg out a Denny's super thin steak and eggs steak that they call a T-Bone. They must not know what a T-Bone is. Then if you actually want a real steak or a lobster tail they charge you by the gram extra and it comes out to an astronomical charge that is higher than even the finest restaurants in /America don't charge. What an absolute Joke. There is no real Supervision for Children. You cannot comfortably leave them there they do not guard the exits. On top of this they try and timeshare sell you which I find hilarious considering the state of the property and they call it "Infinity Luxury Travel" Nothing Luxury about this place just a giant facade of fake luxury cheap food, cheap liquor broken down rooms and Hotels and facilities. All the pictures online were photoshopped and fraud.
