Resort was nice with great three level pool and beautiful blue water at beach. Large rooms which all had balconies. Staff was great. Shows were good. Most restaurants only open for dinner. Food was good in 2 restaurants but all other restaurants were sub par and buffet which was only option for breakfast and one of only 2 options at lunch was horrible. All in all though this was a nice place to stay.

The property is huge. The amenities are not what they advertise. Restaurants are closed and have long waiting lines for dinner. The food is absolutely disgusting. Its frozen and just warmed. This resort is a scam. We were disgusted and upset.

Hotel needs improvement in their food. Food was terrible. Matilde from the lobby bar it’s the best bartender. He has a great personality made is very good drinks. There was a guy at the snack restaurant by the pool. He was very rude. We went out to eat almost every day. All the food at the restaurants were not good at all. Won’t ever stay here again.😡

This was a great place to stay for individual, couple or a family. Travelocity and Hotels.com state that this resort includes travel between airport, it does not. We had to find our own way to the resort and back. When we checked in with the front desk at Seadust, they confirmed they do not provide travel to and from airport.

The Resort advertises to have many things that it does not. 0 swim up bars, limited staff, 5 restaurants not 9, and buffet is so limited. The rooms are very clean, common area bathrooms super clean. But everything and I mean everything is closed at 11pm. Not a single bar open, not a single food stand open. Many times there will be groups of people just sitting in lobby because there is nothing do after 11pm. One time we tried to get shots at 10:50 and bartender said he can’t he’s closing up. Beach has little amount of chairs so you gotta wake up early if you want any chance at one. Pool is freezing and again 0 swim up bars. And no drinking allowed until 11am. I will never stay at this resort again, but for anyone thinking maybe cause of the price, I would say it’s very clean, staff look miserable but are not rude just Don’t like their jobs. Activities are bare minimal planned. 1 night was a pretend Mexican wedding. Overall just not a fun resort in anyway. Food was big for me and reviews said it was good but I think they meant the restaurants cause they were good but buffet was not really good and very low options to choose from. After 8 days could not wait to go home.

We had a jacuzzi in our room but couldn’t use it because there was no hot water. Kids outnumbered adults 5-1 so we couldn’t use the swimming pools and unless we went to beach at 7 am, there was no lounge chairs available. I have mobility issues and with hundreds of young children running unsupervised, got knocked down twice and was hit in the head by a football thrown across the only access to hotel. The housekeeper came into our room once and removed the linen but didn’t replace it. Because we had booked 12 nights were entitled to make reservations for dinner but when I did, none of the four reservations were given to the restaurant we chose. We waited 4.5 hours to get into a restaurant and then another 1.5 hours seated before we were acknowledged and left at 10:30 pm without eating. Daily activities should be posted in lobby or an orientation given so guests know what is going on daily. The resort is lovely but should be advertised as families only as it is not set up to accommodate couples, especially seniors.

Great value for families! The staff truly make the experience special—especially the dining and activities teams, who are incredibly friendly and hardworking. While the property is a bit older, it’s clear that the team puts in a lot of effort to keep everything clean and running smoothly. Overall, a wonderful stay thanks to the amazing staff.

The hotel was really big, but unfortunately all the rooms had a bad smell. I truly wish I had paid a little more and stayed at a different hotel. I kindly asked the reception downstairs to change our room, but no one was willing to help. In fact, it felt like they did everything they could to avoid assisting us. That was very disappointing and upsetting. However, there were some positive aspects. The food was absolutely delicious. The location of the hotel was very good, and the à la carte restaurants were excellent. I would especially like to mention Alberto — he was very helpful and kind.

The room was good but it definitely needs to be updated. Not the cleanest hotel. Everything inside was looking updated but you go in the rooms or outside and it is like you are in a different place. The closest elevators to us were not working. No coffee machine in the room and had to walk all the way to the lobby to grab a cup of coffee and wait for at least 20 min. The beach area wasn't ideal either. Food was worse than expected. The few restaurants they had were over 1.5h wait for very little choices on the menu. Buffet food was not ideal either. I am usually ok with anything so survived on pastry and fruit but definitely not worth the money. Staff was nice and helpful!
