It was awful. From the first day I got there the shower was taking a long time to drain we had to wait at least an hour if not longer for the next person to shower. The 2nd day the same issue but worse, they sent somebody to unclogged the shower still didn’t work. Almost missed one of our excursions due to this issue. They refused to give us a different room saying they was all booked up. Wouldn’t recommend

We loved our stay, the staff was attentive and very nice, the food was really good in the restaurants as well as the buffet. The bathrooms could use some upkeep and renovation in the rooms, but otherwise our stay was comfortable and enjoyable!

This resort needs updates. The food is not that Great and the"Hot tub" was a warm tub and the pool was cold. Half of the activities that they advertised were closed. This was not a good value at all. Luckily my boys had never been to an all inclusive. Ive been to 5 different brands (3 in Mexico) and this was the worst we've been to and definitely not the cheapest.

The hotel was advertised as a clean, family-friendly, all-inclusive resort. In reality, the property was dirty, poorly maintained, and lacked basic services. Multiple amenities in our room did not function properly, and we were forced to change rooms due to an active leak. This was extremely disruptive as we were traveling with my husband and our three young children (ages 4 years, 3 years, and 4 months). Importantly, I booked this trip alongside four other groups, totaling four separate rooms, and two of those rooms experienced flooding during our stay. This clearly indicates a widespread maintenance failure rather than an isolated incident. Front desk management acknowledged the inconvenience and explicitly promised compensation in the form of a spa day and a cabana. When we attempted to redeem this, hotel staff denied any record of the offer and refused to honor it, providing no resolution or accountability. Even more concerning were the serious safety hazards throughout the property, particularly in the pool area. The boats and water slides are visibly rusted and deteriorated, posing a clear risk of injury—especially to children. This is entirely unacceptable for a resort marketed as family-friendly. Additionally, service throughout the hotel was nearly nonexistent. For a property advertised as all-inclusive, very little was actually included, and basic assistance was consistently unavailable. The hotel was not accommodating to families in any meaningful way.
