I wanted to like this resort but honestly there is more to dislike than like. Check in was great Jose ensured that we got to check in a little early and even set up a nice surprise as it was our honeymoon. That was probably the best part of our stay and the bartender at the adult pool. Other than that everything was bad. Housekeeping kept forgetting to clean our room even with the sign. Then would leave things such as trash and old towels. Sometime they did not even replace the towels and I had to find them to obtain them myself. Our shower water would not drain so it was like showering in a puddle of water. The food was absolutely horrible. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were limited options with no taste or seasoning. The rice gave off a burnt taste, the mashed potatoes were instant, the chicken was not fully cooked. I ate out 4 times in my 6 day stay because I just could not take it anymore which was a waste of the money spend to have all inclusive. Then the 3 restaurants they had were more of a variety but still tasted terrible and the process for reserving them was terrible. You could reserve the restaurants between 7:30 and 11:00 but by 10 am they were booked because they are so small. They had one person taking reservations so if you wanted to reserve you needed to make sure you inconvenienced yourself to be up by 7:00 am to stand in the line. They were not worth it at all. The entertainment was okay not the best I’ve had in Cancun. I would never pay for premium here.
