As always Temptations is an exciting place to stay. Fun, games , great people. The staff was very accommodating. At check in the receptionist Odalys was very friendly and explained everything about the hotel. Great smile and very attentive. Great place to be.

I booked a room with a garden view and my view was the parking lot where the resort staff parks for work. So my view was about 50 motor bikes imagine being waken up by the noise. The rooms are trash and need updated work suck as paint etc…I already woke up to motor bike noise then to my suprise I wake up and my room smells like sewage. Come to find out the toilet backed up and they had to come and change the filter…I went to the front desk and demanded that they give me a new room and the front desk clerk Odalys is very rude and disrespectful… she did not want to help and rolled her eyes plenty of times..needless to say I won’t be coming back to this resort … look out for my TikTok and YouTube review which will have pictures of everything I’m stating. Also Christian front desk supervisor wasn’t no help I believe he is a racist. One good thing the dining staff and bar staff are top tier .

This place is all about the Vibe! Bar staff are amazing and a special thanks to Saul. Also a big shout out to the best non-playmaker playmaker Daniel in security. Guy was great making sure we were safe, and still having a great time. This was my 7th time here and can't wait for my 8th!

Temptation Hotel – Cancun: Honest Review Overall, my experience at Temptation Hotel in Cancun was just okay nothing particularly special. It’s an adults-only resort with a topless-optional policy, which adds a unique vibe for those looking for that kind of atmosphere. The rooms, however, were average at best, possibly even below average, especially considering the price point and expectations. If I had to rate the food, I’d give it a 2 out of 5 or even less definitely room for improvement there. That said, the staff was excellent very friendly, attentive, and responsive, which really stood out. I’d give them a solid 5 stars for their service.

Likes : Bash is great. The show they put on is amazing. The entertainers are just gorgeous. The drinks are flowing and its a good time. Lots of people dressed for the theme nights. Sexy Pool -- Again right people keep it lively all day. Great time to meet people and just all around fun. Now be careful though as they do not maintain the tile well enough. Lots of sharp ends especially on the steps into the pool and saw enough people cut their feet open and get hurt. Mgrs dont care. Food: Skytop - Best Place to eat. Room Service is surprisingly next best thing to eat. Sea Flirt -- was a great experience and staff was great Flame, Surtra, She -- All CRAP. Absolutely TERRIBLE experiences. Managers there are worthless. Food is awful. You pay for the filet and lobster everywhere which is fine, but they will screw it up everytime. Medium Rare is always medium well and lobster is chewy and rubbery. Maid -- These people are the ones to tip WELL. They do a PHENOMENAL JOB !!! If you get the VIP check in and checkout. Pass - They are horrible. Concierge will lie to you. We had Arturo avoid him at all cost. I forgot the Bash manager but she is AMAZING ! Michelle there is awesome too but all the Bash folks are great. Oscar / Azul our butler service were great. IF you do get the service only speak to them about anything. Do not even bother with the waiters, host, or managers. None of them should be employed. I would definitely ask for Oscar and Azul.

I had an amazing stay as usual. My favorite place to come and relax and party. The staff make you feel just like home from the servers at the restaurants, Francisco to the reception desk. I have to give a big thank you to Odalys, Andrea, Marlen and Mayra they were outstanding. At the spa we had an amazing experience with Patsy Marce, and Orqui.

Check in was horrible. Started off the vacation all wrong by trying to put us in a room on the opposite side of the resort with two double beds when we booked ocean view with a king size bed. We were told that it doesn’t matter what we booked in April for our September vacation because it’s based on availability. We were also told that there were no king rooms available until the next day until we complained then magically there was a room that just needed to be cleaned. The housekeeping staff is amazing, we have zero complaints about them. The wait staff was limited and it was hard to get a drink at the pool by wait staff or bar staff because there was only a handful of employees available. This property has gone way down over the four visits we have made since 2023. We would consider vacationing elsewhere after this trip.

Worst experience ever. They lied to me about making dinner reservations to sell me on a walk through of their villas for timeshare or something. Two workers worked together to tell me a dinner show was booked to capacity but they could find me a spot if i did walk through. I agreed when i got to dinner show it was basically empty. Like 6 couples and 10 empty tables. They lied to get me 2 do walk through. They also daid theyvwould get my in hibachi next day. It was closed that day so they lied again. When i didn't go to this walk through cause they lied they tried to charge me for not going. This place was so bad
