Check in took forever, always trying to upsell you something. Rooms were fairly disappointing and had broken things that needed to be fixed. The music was terrible, same edm all day and night, no variety. Long lines for poolside food.

The staff were really nice. Food was good, but not a huge selection, maybe the time of season. Hot water was not working, and they handled the situation right away. I loved the themed nights. I did not like the music at Bash. The selection was good, but I didn't like the constant mixing of the same beat, which made each song sound the same. I would definitely go back and plan to this year

This was a terrible trip and I would like some type of refund. This is a total swingers resort and that should be stated before you book a trip there. They had me go to a presentation and the manager flat out said if you’re not a swinger couple this resort is not for you.

Things were good but I would suggest for VIP people that VIP Treatment should apply. One of the employees lied about setting a reservation which is unacceptable. However, they did accommodate to get a table which was good. Consequently, overall it was a good vacation spot
