This hotel was a great bang for our buck. We thought the staff was exceptional and courteous. The entire hotel was always being cleaned and amenities being replenished. The entertainment team (Luis, Jesus, Whiskey, Donnie to name a few) was fun all day everyday! Jorge in the Pina Colada Restaurant made our last night so great. Make sure to tip kindly as they are so appreciated and such a great group of people to show appreciation towards.

Hot tub was horribly dirty and cold, Restaraunts were lackluster. Room was clean and drinks were fine although watery or pure alcohol at times, lack of consistency.
