Room smelled “damp” the whole time. Air worked great. Hot water in room only worked sometimes but room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast/dinner foods were subpar and repetitive. Staff were all helpful and nice. Pool was clean and beach was nice. A lot of boats in and out where beach is located though. Entertainment was good. “Specialty restaurants weren’t great,but service was always good.

Warm, cozy resort

This was a last minute solo trip for relaxing and I really enjoyed it. The staff is VERY friendly and warm and always kept the resort spotless. The beds were super comfortable and I liked the 24/7 snack bar that had actually food, desserts, soda and a cappuccino/coffee maker. There was even a small area to make your own mimosas or alcoholic beverage 24/7 as well. The location is great being right on the beach, but also walkable to other small restaurants and stores. My only true complaint is the shower head could use some updating, and most of the food was decent at best. Other than that, it’s a smaller resort with everything at your fingertips. There was a mixed crowd of couples families, and solo travelers. For the value, I would definitely come back for trips 1-3 days.

The overall service received was very good. The property was clean and the staff was friendly and hospitable. Was a little disappointed with the ocean and how dirty it was. The beach itself was set up very nice. Another disappointment was the food - very poor food selections. Overall, the food had no favor and the varieties and selection was very poor. The convinced and location of the property is located very 👍.

The staff is very respectful, helpful and kind. The resort is super clean and the other guests are respectful. The variety of fresh food at the three restaurants in the resort was awesome. The staff makes every effort to ensure we were comfortable… I give this resort 5 stars for sure

reserved 2 rooms that were supposed to be together and have oceanview only one had a clear view with the large balcony and both keys to enter rooms did not work and the rooms were in separate buildings had to return to get keys to work twice at lobby and they did not fix the issue with the rooms being so separate also water had leaked all over the floor in one of the rooms and the other the floor was dirty and had dirt marks everywhere.

We had an inconvenience with one of the rooms, that flooded twice, and they did offer to change rooms the first time (at 4 am) but maintenance arrived and I didn’t want to pack my 3 teenagers to change rooms, so I thought the issue was resolved, so why change rooms. But it happened again (at midnight two nights later). They got mad when I asked for a late check out (3 hours) as a courtesy, they could only provide 2 without charge. I completed the survey to get a passive aggressive response from them. If the flooding and the bad approach with the issue wouldn’t have happened, the experience would have been excellent!
