Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, resort keep spotless. We plan on visiting again soon. The only downfall was trying to book for dinner, there are a number of restaurants that are first come first serve, however they start taking booking at 6:00 and even if tables are empty you have to wait for them to call you.

This is my favorite resort in Cancun and the people are what make it! The service is just perfection and there’s beautiful freshly prepared food every day. It’s nice to be greeted with a smile and to be treated like royalty every day! Wow!

Pools and our room were outstanding could not have any happier!! The only disappointment was the food we have had much better at other resorts !!! Now saying that I would still pick this resort again because I come for more than just free food the atmosphere at the pools the hotel itself and our room was beautiful

This hotel is lovely. The property is well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. The rooms are clean, comfortable with amazing water pressure and comfortable beds. The rooms are showing their age a bit but that didn’t really take away from the overall experience. We ate at every restaurant and didn’t have a bad meal once. The service was great at the bars and restaurants with the staff going out of their way for you. However, the check in experience and front desk team left a lot to be desired. They just always seemed bothered when interacting with them. All in all I would go back!

It was my parents first time doing an all inclusive and they were impressed with the cleanliness, staff, and area all around. Only thing I can say was my mother would have loved for the room to be dusted a lot better including the headboards on the bed none the less was a great place! Will definitely come back!

This was our second time visiting this hotel and never disappoint. Beach is beautiful, clean (no sargassum) and no waves. Pools are clean and climatized. Restaurants are good with no reservations. And buffet food is good too. Rooms are clean and the hotel is beautiful.
