Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, resort keep spotless. We plan on visiting again soon. The only downfall was trying to book for dinner, there are a number of restaurants that are first come first serve, however they start taking booking at 6:00 and even if tables are empty you have to wait for them to call you.

The room was massive, spotless, and beautifully designed — with an unreal ocean view. The water (we visited end of October/early November) was crystal clear and perfect. There was only one day with a bit of sea moss, but it wasn’t bad at all — we still swam and enjoyed every second. RIU really knows how to do it all. Whether you want to party, relax by the pool, enjoy the shows, or play games — they’ve got something for everyone. The energy and atmosphere were amazing. If I had to point out one minor thing, it would be that some of the dinner restaurants were hit or miss. There are about 6–7 options, and a few were absolutely fantastic while a couple were just okay — but honestly, it didn’t take away from the experience at all. The staff deserves a special shoutout — unbelievably friendly, accommodating, and genuinely happy to help. Just top-notch service all around. We’ll definitely be staying at more RIU locations around the world after this experience. HIGHLY recommend!

I want to leave a good review because overall everything went smooth. I’ve stayed and had better experiences with other Riu resorts. I had a critter in my lunch and brought it to their attention and they promised to make it right with a meal or special breakfast and it was over promised and under delivered. They asked for our Room number twice and said they would send or make us something special and we received nothing but the apology that came with promises and nothing more.
