This is a wonderful hotel with superior All Inclusive services. The location is excellent with walking distance to the ferry to Isla Mujeres, 8 minute walk to the downclub party scene, close to shopping and a market, and is in an ideal pickup/drop off spot for day trips. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are comfortable and well stocked with generous beverages and amenities and the staff are so helpful and attentive. Its 10 STAR service at RPLA. The beach access is immediate and is adjacent to 3 pools on the property. The beach is private and only accessible to hotel guests with beautiful views of the sea and sunrise. The RPLA has nightly activities and is one of the best hotels I had the privilege to stay at on my trip to Cancun.

Very clean. Staff is all over and always ready to help. Great resort to stay if you want pre-planned activities or just lay on the beach. Highly recommend going to the pool party at the other hotel RIU Caribe

My husband and I were in this hotel 1/29/26 - 2/5/26. 4 stars and not 5 only because the weather was cold and windy. Clean room, comfortable bed, nice view from the balcony, good food with a lot of choices to select from.

Wait staff were excellent. Room was only okay, shower didn’t operate properly, TV didn’t seem to work. When i tried to call the front desk, there was no dial tone. Food was good but got tired of it fast. Hardly any chicken main courses.
