A number of the staff remembered my name, even if I only talked to them once so I thought that was pretty cool considering how many people the meet every day. The room was clean and the shower was amazing. The food was delicious and the selection was quite diverse. The drinks were also very good and they never stopped bringing them. It didn’t matter if I was on the beach or sitting in the lobby. I had a fantastic time

Wonderful property, and clean rooms, excellent location great staff and shows, the only downside is the food ( mediocre at best) with same exception like the coffee shop, the food at the pool and the steak restaurant and on Christmas Eve ( excellent quality food that night!!, thank you)

It’s an all inclusive resort. We enjoyed the food and the resort is very clean and the service is excellent. The shows at night could be better. They were average for an all inclusive. The same Riu in Jamaica had great shows in the evening. This one was okay. Only on Christmas Day they had all around the world show that was great!

Staff were incredibly nice, buffet had huge variety of dishes. Tip bartenders and drinks get better, for that matter tip any of the service workers as they really do appreciate and need your dollars. Steakhouse is nice, but you need to get in line early if you want to get a seat or get on the list. The Japanese restaurant has fantastic steak and seating is usually available. Rico the matre

We loved this resort. The staff and service were wonderful. We loved the different dining options—Japanese, French and even turkey on Christmas Day. The pastries and breads were not great but acceptable. We loved the fresh cut tropical fruit and vegetable and salad options. The cappuccino bar was perfect—I was able to get my double shot of espresso every morning! The all inclusive worked well for us as we only stayed 3 days and were recovering from two weeks of grueling travel in Guatemala. We just relaxed and never left the resort. The beach was soft white sand and swept daily. The pools were large enough so we could swim laps and the gym was pretty good although equipment was a bit old. Another plus—no screaming children.
