Would like to see more night dances instead of going to another location. Some of us are older and prefer to stay on the premises and not have such loud music. All food was delicious. Loved our waitress Paula, Angela has alittle attitude. This was our second time here at this location and we do enjoy it!. Will be back again.

Beautiful beach, A/C in room ran non stop, but the humidity left everything cold and damp. I froze in bed and wore a jacket and socks every night. Eighth floor, no balcony, but beautiful beachfront views. Everyone turned old towels in at the end of day for fresh ones and kept beach chairs reserved the whole time. We arrived at 430 and literallly could not find a chair. Breakfast buffet was spectacular, lunch blah, dinner good. Tired quickly of buffet foods though. We ate twice at the Fusion restaurant. The beef filets and service was excellent. We tried to eat at the steakhouse, arriving at 720 and was told there was a 2 hour wait, even though there were six couples in the restaurant. When i said we would wait, we were told they weren't adding any people to the list and to come back another night at 6 when they open. Not sure what that was about, if they don't take reservations, then there shouldn't be a wait list. We saw noone else waiting. Most staff members were fantastic and worked constantly with a smile on their face. We tipped everyone, as they provided exceptional customer service. The small pool was a nice quiet getaway from the party pool, but the water was freezing! The pool stays shaded all day. The center pool was cold too, but warmed up by late afternoon. You could not dream of a better beach! Absolutely breathtaking. The coffee bar was fabulous. Quick and delicious café mochas all week! The chocolate cake was to die for! Do not pass it up! Drinks were great!

We loved the architecture and large spaces. The middle pool was seldom busy and far enough from the party pool to remain peaceful. Beach walking was possible from this resort. The staff were excellent. Courteous and professional.

To rate Riu Las Americas with only 5 stars should be a crime, the resort was exceptional from beginning to end! There was so much to do from nightly activities to the signature Riu theme parties which the Riu provides free shuttles to. The hotel is virtually spotless, and the staff is extremely kind and helpful. We are planning on returning in April 2026 and would not think of staying anywhere else.

Food is excellent! Buffet has a lot of different food and many choices. Should improve by having shrimps and seafood in a separate section for allergic people. Also should have more low carb/diabetic options. We've been to this palace many times. Very nice personnel. Rooms need upgrade (memory foam mattresses) change the sofa bed. Should still include some normal soap and amenities like they had before. Should be able to respect birth days (12 of november not the 13th) to decorate ...when I asked 3 times (even at time of booking). It is worth going to a riu palace for the high level in everything. Love the coffee place coffee is great!

I have been to a lot of All Inclusive Resorts over the years and this one was my favorite! The service was impeccable, food was great, resort was clean, beach was beautiful, the entertainment team were great! Highly recommend this resort.

Service was amazing. Wilber kept drinks coming at the pool. Saulo made sure we had a great view and full glasses for breakfast and lunch. Miguel was an awesome instructor at the pool. And Roberto was great at Black and White. Also, anything we needed in our room was immediately taken care of. Food was awesome and our view was beautiful. We will be back. This was my second visit.

Room was very clean. Room service was very nice, Room service came every-time we asked and did a wonderful job. Never saw any sort of bugs or anything like that around the property. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Staff always walking around checking in if you need a drink, more towels. We had them knock on our doors multiple times and offered to refill our mini fridge and give us new towels. Breakfast, lunch and dinner had a wide variety and the food was delicious. Lots of different restaurants, we didn’t even get to try them all. They have a 24 hour lounge you can visit anytime of the day and a coffee bar that opens at 7am. This was super nice when we woke up early or stayed out late. Never boring, always something was going on, party, music, to games and shows. Location of this place is amazing. Beach was right on the property and there was lots of shopping centers and shops on the street side. The staff was clearing up the beach as well and getting all the seaweed off the beach early in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this resort to others.
