We booked a King / matrimonial room and were given a kitchenette with two queens. This wouldn’t be a problem if the receptionist didn’t threaten my wife with an additional charge if we used the kitchen. In addition, we were threatened with additional charges for the remote control if we didn’t bring it to reception at checkout. Then there is the additional $50 charge if you lose your plastic bracelet. The food was as you would expect from an all inclusive hotel. Edible at best, not great. Did I mention you are not permitted to leave the restaurant with food / drink and are not permitted to bring outside food onto the property? Parking was great. The area around the property was great. Theres an oxxo directly across the street as well as a pharmacy. The property was at best a 2 out of 5 with everything considered.

Cenar bien en restaurantes, el hotel no tiene , y para comprar es un peligro crucero la calle . Quiero destacar el servicio del cuarto , lo encontré excelente . Gracias

At my stay They had a fire in the snack area where the whole restaurant had to be shutdown for our whole stay,because their grill Cached on fire!!! the whole thing burned down , woman the work there approached me. Very rud !!!To tell me not to record a video in the first place Isted of telling us the stay away to be safe. Even though we where far away from the fire I would’ve been more appreciative if she came to make us feel safe! Soo we wouldn't not recommend this place . The where some very nice people the work it there too . The one man in sales was awesome ! The beach in front is not good for swimming And the pool was dirty. People were feeding the birds in the pool area! DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDING AQUAMARINA AND NEVE COMING BACK!!!! Branoff

Property was NOT SAFE!!! Property was not sanitary. i had to change rooms and it was still unsafe, No security. I inquired with the front desk and my safety concerns were not addressed. I checked out 2 days early, I WANT A REFUND!!

Bed was hard pillows flat noise in room from the main road noisy and loud. Bathroom to small staff excellent and customer service excellent Management beverage and food top notch fabulous. Also need more entertainment doing the day around the pool and more nights shows.
