We enjoyed our 4 day 3 night stay with this all inclusive resort. There are 3 different restaurants on the property, 2 pools, and live music most nights. The resort offers a variety of activities to do on the property. Would definitely go back.

I checked out earlier than planned and went somewhere else. Too many restrictions for a hotel that is supposed to be all inclusive. No variety of food options offered if you did not care for the main menu. I was told that I had to go to my room if I wanted a hamburger but I could not bring it to eat in the restaurant even though the burger was prepared in the same restaurant I sat in. The room was disappointing. Not what I booked. They offered to bring an extra bed when I told them I booked too queen beds, not a queen and a sofa bed! There was garbage from the previous occupant. I am thankful Yelena for upgrading us to more decent room but the food lack options was the final straw. This was not how I wanted to celebrate my birthday.

When you request the burger, they only have the service for room service, they didn't have it for the restaurant, that same restaurant it is in charge to prepare the room service food. An apology for this inconvenience. I have on system that you book a deluxe unit, these can have 1 king-size bed with sofa bed or 2 queen size, nonetheless, it is not possible to book the type of bed, since it will depend on the availability. Nonetheless, I am truly sorry to read that you find a bin with rubbish. This information was already sent to our housekeeping department to avoid this to happened again.We appreciate your comments since it helps us to improve our services.We hope you could give us the opportunity to welcome you back, and offer you a better experience.Warmest regards.Guest Experience Manager.

The Hotel NYX Cancun is a diamond in the rough. On the last day we were there we had three staff members say goodbye in such a beautiful way. My wife and I had tears in our eyes as we left this amazing hotel. It was beautiful in quiet ways as the staff members were so thoughtful and patient with all of our requests. As a composer, My wife and I have traveled extensively in Europe and I must say that this Hotel stands above so many of the most well-known hotels we have ever stayed at simply because of the genuine kindness of the amazing staff members. There is only one choice for the most beautiful memories in your life, : Hotel NYX Cancun.

The property provides good dining options. In particular, breakfast and dinner buffet are quite good. The property is somewhat small with two small pools.
