Food was terrible. We have stayed at 10 all inclusive resorts in Cancun and Playa and all but this resort the food was very good or excellent with several restaurants to choose from. There was always some place to eat that was open at other resorts and plenty of open bars. With only two restaurants at Flamingo (yes, there was also a hot dog stand and pizza bar open, but you can only eat so many hot dogs). At one point they even ran out of beer and ice. On a positive note, the resort was very clean and the staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and eager to please.

Airport shuttle service we paid for was great. Hotel close to airport so didn’t take long to arrive.Staff was friendly and great. Just be prepared for big sales pitch that wasn’t what was originally presented to us before hand. No water sport available like kayaks or paddle boards. Only one bar for beach and pool combined with just one bartender. He was a great guy, just long waits. Didn’t like having only one option for lunch. Beach and water was great.
