Dear Marolee,Thank you for taking the time to share your valuable review.I am sorry to read that you didn't fully enjoy your stay with us.Normally, we have great comments regarding the variety of our restaurants. When you request the burger, they only have the service for room service, they didn't have it for the restaurant, that same restaurant it is in charge to prepare the room service food. An apology for this inconvenience. I have on system that you book a deluxe unit, these can have 1 king-size bed with sofa bed or 2 queen size, nonetheless, it is not possible to book the type of bed, since it will depend on the availability. Nonetheless, I am truly sorry to read that you find a bin with rubbish.
