Service Sarah in charge of the hotel the best and alwyas making sure as clients have the best attention, Juan, Julio, Adrian, Beacon, Diana, Silvino all are amazing workers and they make us feel like we are at home. One only request is gym needs better equipment and bigger place. I been coming since the renewal of the hotel and equipment hasn't been upgrade and some equipment is out of service. We had a great time. We weren’t impressed with the buffet but very much enjoyed the speciality restaurants. We took an uber to La Isla good shopping and the casino was fun too.

This hotel does not work with Expedia. Despite their website stating that they offer a shuttle service, they do not do so for Expedia. They also state that they are a five minute walk from a mall, they are not. They do have a “mall” across the street from the hotel, however it is a souvenir shop that is literally falling apart. The actual mall is a 15 min car ride away from the hotel. The food at the hotel are awful and their lunch options are hotdogs or hamburgers or fajita meat. They don’t respond to any emails and they don’t offer a map of the property. They are not helpful at all if you need any assistance with locations or any information about the property.
