We’ve stayed here multiple times and always return. The staff has become friends, remembering your name from previous years, the food in specialty dining is great, beach is beautiful, and the convenience to shopping and entertainment outside of the resort keeps us coming back.

The room was so bad for the entire 6 days the room smelled like sewage when we complained they just looked at us with confusion.The phone in the room did not work, the pillow cases had strains we asked for them to be changed and when done those cases had strains also.THE FOOD IS TERRIBLE ABSOLUTELY THE WORST I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. The property itself is nice and the staff were kind but i will never visit this location again 1/10 will not recommend

Not happy with everything...elevators are always busy, no Ac inside them. Food is poor quality compared to other resorts. Very noisey, 99% are foolish and young. Cant even sleep.Comlplained to Expedia and the Resort nothing done about it...its an absolute scam..thx
