Our stay at the Grand Park Royal Cancun was fantastic. The resort is stunning and offers plenty of amenities. Our room was spotless, the food was excellent, and the beach and pool areas were absolutely beautiful. This was our third stay here, and we still love it! We came with a group of friends and our butler Jessica was great with helping our group get dinner reservations together. We love the adult only pool! Our room was clean and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back again!

We enjoyed our stay. The oceanfront villa was absolutely incredible. That said, the food could definitely be improved.The three-star rating is mainly due to our experience with the staff. We felt somewhat uncomfortable and pressured to attend their membership presentation. It was presented as a 90-minute session, but it ended up taking closer to two hours. If it’s offered to you, I’d recommend politely declining from the start.
