I had some issues like the AC was noisy, on the bathroom had water leak but they tried to fix it quick but nothing changed, but the view was very nice.

The staff were so friendly and helped me get around the hotel zone and downtown Cancun for cheap by suggesting I take the bus! The only thing I did not like was that the atm in the hotel charges a $19 fee for cash deposits so I suggest people bring cash from home rather than using the atms there. Other than that everything was perfect!!
