Staff was unknowledgable- i got different answers every time. Even for simple things like they told me I had 2 beds and i had 1. The food was terrible. The staff were putright hostile. I got stuck at the airport because 1 person I spoke to told me ti call when i arrived. When i did that I got yelled at for not scheduling in asvance. I wanted paer (statuonary) to jot some things down and they literally did not have paper. I've never been treated so rudely for the amount of money I spent. Do yoursef a favor and go elsewhere, especially if you care about food and kindness

This is a nice older hotel in the heart of the hotel zone. The main food buffet is the way to go, lots of options, you are bound to find tings you like there. The staff is excellent, very polite. The hotel uses an app in case you need anything at the room, super easy. We were most impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, staff is constantly cleaning and mopping. If you don't mind a little older feel (patched holes in the walls, etc.) this is the place at a very good all inclusive rate. P.S. take an Uber from the airport to the hotel, the taxi rates are double the cost.

We were asked to pay for sheets soiled by the people who stayed in the room before us. We had to ask probing questions about time stamps of pictures, show them our flight times, check in times and get it all cleared. They could have done all this without our involvement. Yet they called us to the reception and insisted it was us. Again during the check out, the same things are brought up, managers called and we had to relive the ordeal. How hard is it to ask housekeeping when the pictures were taken, and who was in the room the previous night/day.

Staff was great, food was 4/5. The rooms are not luxurious by any means but they keep everything very clean. Everybody works really hard to make sure you have the best experience. The only reason we would not go back is that the beach area is not great, it’s small and parts are full of rocks.

Although my sister and I did excursions oitside the resort, I loved the fact if not having to leave the resort if I chose too. There was always an event or show onsite. Also, the customer service was great from the front desk to the restaurants.
