The hotel looked clean and nice and the staff were friendly, however they rebooked us at a different one of their locations with out any previous communication and when we expressed that we did not want to they said that’s all they have. Further more they guaranteed that we would still have an ocean view in the new hotel however that was not the case and when I talked to someone about it they said they can fix it but it couldn’t happen till four days later (two days before we were to leave)
