Staff are wonderful and informative, lots of variety in cuisine, the rooms are clean and modern. However, there are only 3 small elevators for the entire hotel and often takes a while to wait during peak times such as meal times or check in/check out so i would often take the stairs instead of waiting. Overall great first all-inclusive experience.

Staff is exceptionally good. 4 Parties, alcohol and 6-7 restaurants are all included in the all inclusive deal. Plenty of open bars around every few steps. We went for our honeymoon for a week and had the best experience here.

Our experience at this resort was mixed. The food was not great, and I ended up feeling sick for most of the stay. We had conjoining rooms, and you could clearly hear your neighbors all night, which made it hard to rest. The rooms were clean but very dated and could use some upgrades. The elevators also need attention — they were loud and sometimes slammed when closing. On the positive side, the beachfront location is absolutely beautiful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. This resort seems better suited for younger guests in their 20s who want to party and enjoy the nightlife. It’s loud and lively, especially in the evenings, so if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway, this might not be the best fit — but if you’re there to have fun and party, you’ll probably enjoy the atmosphere.

Samuel at the bar in the evenings was exceptional. the lady whose name i didn’t get, that served our group of 10 for breakfast each day was exceptional. The Japanese restaurant food was very good, service also excellent. Betty at the front desk, also so lovely to deal with. So many servers over our stay that were so nice. This was a perfect stay for our group. getting to our rooms a little earlier would have been nice. later dining in the a là cartes would be recommended

Its a decent spot. I wouldnt do more than 3 days though. Music was lame at the pool. Night time entertainment was below average. Nightclub only plays mexican music. Buffet was average. Restaurants are ok.Absolutely NO ROOMSERVICE. The Riu parties are the only selling point. Great time

Overall a great place to go for a girls trip. Food is good and booze is as well. Beach is small but nice sand bottom great for floating. Pool had a great vibe fun music. We were a group of 10 girls only negative one in r group didn’t get their room till almost 7pm on the first night and got no compensation for it. Overall I would recommend going for a fun time :)

Best hotel staff, food was good, but the rooms need to be updated. People complained about the elevators being slow but it never bothered me. Again staff were excellent always attentive and always cleaning the resort!!!! I would go back.

The service on this property was excellent as well as the cleanliness. The only problem we had was that we don't like cruises and this trip was more like a cruise but more expensive and less options.

No USB ports in the room. Room is bare minimum and smoking areas are just 2 and you need to walk a lot. Suggestion, bidet accessories on toilets would elevate the experience. 2 restaurants are below par, italian an the gourmet.
