Property staff are great…but property is CONSTANTLY under renovation. Limited restaurants due to closures, no lobby, lobby bar or evening entertainment. Prices on site have risen and some services reduced…no turn down service anymore, no slippers in room…I know, first world problems (!) but it’s supposed to be a flagship JW resort. Lost its sparkle, and almost guaranteed to have jack hammers and saws working whenever we go.

Staff , as always was excellent! Beach needs major cleanup, and it’s become very narrow. The Beach used to be your crown jewel.

Clean room. Balcony with view of resort area and the ocean. Relaxing vibe… quiet in the eve with only ocean sounds. The thai restaurant wasnt available to us unfortunately. Food at the restaurants we visited was good but service was inconsistent at the italian one. The spanish restaurant had really nice servers and we met a wonderful chef there. We also enjoyed breakfast there daily. Gym facilities were superb and clean with a good mix of equipment. The outdoor pools were great… we enjoyed them most at around sunset. Our first trip to Mexico and truly an enjoyable experience.

The beach was gorgeous, our room was amazing. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We really had the greatest time ever! It would be nice to add in poolside activities, especially on the weekends. Or at least playing some salsa music. Evening entertainment would’ve been cool too. Hopefully management considers adding those things in.

The hotel was great. The staff was great. The beach there at the hotel was atrocious. It was full of seaweed and smelled like rotten eggs. We didn’t even get to enjoy the beach on our trip at all we didn’t go in The restaurants at the facility are also not very good food, but that seem to be typical of the region. Also, this hotel shuts down at about 6 PM so if you’re in your 30s and looking to have any kind of fun at your resort, this wouldn’t be it for you. You can’t even go sit at the pool bar past 6 PM. But again, the staff was great, and the facility was beautiful, if I was rebooking, I would go somewhere else with some nightlife and a clean beach and some good food.

Food was very good, bed was comfortable with excellent views of the ocean. Only problem was the amount of construction in the hotel that we were not aware of at the time of booking. Glad our room was far from it but we could still here the drilling all day.
