Hotel is very clean, staff was very nice. This is more of a party hotel than a family hotel. The Riu Party pool needed to be cleaned!! It smelled like dirty fish tank so I do not recommend going in. Also they need a better buffet the food was bland, I really wish they had tacos, after all it is Mexico. Overall great experience but keep in mind this hotel is at the end of the hotel zone so a lot of Ubers kept canceling on us.

This is a newer, smaller sized, and all around beautiful property. The beach front is beautiful and the pools are a good size as well, with plenty of seating available at both. The food was just okay - there were lots of options at the buffet but nothing stood out. As well, the outdoor bar serving lunch foods was often understaffed and food was cold or required replenishment. The service overall though was great and staff were kind, attentive, and accommodating. As a heads up, be aware that if you are placed on the right side of the resort your room will most likely be beside or on top of the party area. This means loud nights and a blocked view from stage and party equipment. We requested a room change after the first night and were very happy when relocated to the other, more quieter side of the resort. Overall it was a good stay!

The staff was very polite and helpful. The beach was absolutely gorgeous, but small. The food was, without being offensive: borderline intolerable. We went out to dinner every night after eating at the “steakhouse” the first night. The grounds were clean but not the classiest. Mediocre, overall. My friends booked this trip, I would have booked a very different experience. Not what I was personally looking for.

It was far too loud. It started at 10am and went on all day. Then it started up again at night and went on past 2am. The food wasn’t great. We ended up cutting our vacation short by 3 days and stayed a a quiet hotel by the airport before coming home

Nice resort, very clean, friendly staff, good food & views. Only downside is the ppl tryna sell you things on the beach and tip culture(don’t mind it, they’re just entitled sometimes). Overall nice experience, book the ocean view!
