Fantastic hotel. Our stay was short, but everything was great. Check in was super easy, we were upgraded to an ocean view room. Staff was amazing and the resort was always clean. I'll def be looking at staying at the RIU on my next vacation.

Food was average. Pools were nice. Reserved a Junior Suite with an ocean view. Got a regular room with a street view. Probably wouldn't recommend. The Hilton was better.

Overall my family and I had a wonderful time at RIU Caribe, the staff was amazing and the food options were great. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is because there were no reservations for the restaurants (had to wait 45 minutes to be seated) and the shows were not entertaining. Other than that everything else was great!

Beautiful room , beautiful view , beautiful people . Staff was amazing , the entertainment was fantastic phenomenal but the only thing i would change if i had the option to would be the food . Wasn’t bad but wasn’t the best but everything else was really good .

We only stayed 3 nights but wish we stayed longer. The food was amazing with lots of options. Most of the food changed everyday so you aren't eating the same thing at the buffet. the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was so beautiful. it defiantly felt like we were staying in a luxury resort. it was a very fun and upbeat place.

Overall, we had a good stay. The location and clean facilities, kind and hardworking staff stood out to us the most. We were slightly disappointed that there wasn’t a jacuzzi at this location. Also, we were a bit disappointed about the food being served especially during breakfast and lunch. There was lots of choices that lacked flavor. Desserts were pretty but did not taste good. The restaurants open during dinner time were much better. Our favorite restaurants were the Steakhouse and Kulinarium. The Asian inspired restaurant was a bit of a letdown and needs to have better sushi or Asian dishes available. It would be better if there were more restaurant choices for lunch.
Beach area is beautiful but Sargassum was present during our stay and feces floating in water. Not sure if it’s from sewage or from Manatees, but swim at your own risk. The staff cleaned sargassum off the beach daily.
