This place has become our favorite. It was a no brainer to come back with friends and family for my 60th birthday. We did the Serenity Club, which is highly recommended . The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean. The dining and spa are beyond 5 stars. But, most important, the people are incredible, attentive, and friendly. They go above and beyond. Candido took such good care of us and was a phone call away. He was so nice, knowledgeable, and fun. He made sure my birthday was perfect. We loved him! This resort is elevated, luxurious, and an experience. You must do the Chef’s Table. We can’t wait to go back!

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The all-inclusive value is substantial and we highly recommend a stay here. The resort had many amenities as advertised. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was great and there were many options available for dining. Shuttles were easy to reserve and timely. The resort uses a reputable company for transportation and it was easy to set up. The resort also offers options available for excursions, which I highly recommend.

The Haven is an amazing place. It was our 3rd visit and we have already booked for February 2026. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Nacho our butler was amazing and very attentive. The food was amazing and the pools are great. Pedro was amazing at the Serenity Pool - best bar tender ever.
