The staff and/or property owners cant be blamed because they did the best they could given the circumstances,. That being said, we couldn't even get close to the ocean because of the sea weed. every morning there was a new wall of seaweed 2' thick by about 15' wide that stretched the entire shore line. pretty disapointing.

Great place!! It was our first time in Cancun and staying here was a great option. The people the food the service was over all amazing!! We loved the love entertainment like the red shoes México they were awesome and so were the bartenders like Geronimo!! We definitely will be going back there!! It was nice because it was quite and kinda off away from all the other hotels but not to long of a drive into the city. Honestly we could have never left the place and still had an awsome time!!

My husband and I returned to Haven but this time we came back with our friends and family. We were a group of 8. Haven accommodated use by keeping our rooms close together and UPGRADED us to Serenity 🤗 We had a blast all our friends and family were in paradise heaven. Haven helped us with all our excursion transportations and made everything a breeze. We made it back home and all want to do is go back now. Thank you Haven for the incredible hospitality and excellent service. We shall return soon but will be missing Haven in the mean time.

The resort was amazing, great staff, food and amenities. We highly recommend the swim up rooms as you have a private pool area and servers to bring drinks 10am-6pm. The rooms had lots of space and beds were very comfortable. Restaurants had good variety of options and we enjoyed all of the food available. Make sure to book a few excursions to get off of the property and break up your stay. Amstar has a table within the resort and provided super fun and safe trips, we did the Tulum outing to the Mayan ruins, Cenotes and snorkeling, as well as the Xochimilco boat trip. Overall, well worth the cost if you can find a good deal!

The resort was very beautiful and far away from the road. The staff was very friendly. The one thing was exactly disatisfied was Expedia and the pre paid transportation. They had the wrong flight information and incorrect pickup time. Had to paid an additional amount for a taxi to the airport.

This resort is beautiful! You really have to see it in person for yourself. Although I feel like the food can be improved, what truly made my trip to this resort so memorable and enjoyable were the staff members. Everyone was truly amazing. Book it!!

We had an excellent stay for our couple get away at Haven. This facility greatly out performed my expectations for our 1st all-inclusive. We consider ourselves "foodies" and were very happy with the plethora of options served. The pools were plentiful and very clean. Seating was never an issue and there were multiple options available poolside, oceanside and everywhere in between. All the staff was very helpful and available. Purchasing the Serenity club room was an added benefit that was not fully understood until we arrived. The only drawback I would say was that the room could have been a bit cleaner but the facility in general was very well maintained. I would love to come back and visit.
