We enjoyed our time. The staff was great. We upgraded to the serenity package and it was worth it. The butler was very helpful throughout our stay. The resort is nice and clean. Activities were fun!

The facilities were all top notch. Concierge staff was fantastic. The restaurants for dinner were all good, especially Olio. The pool was great, and the spa service was outstanding. Only negatives were the buffet which was terrible, and they didn't do a great job cleaning up the sargassum off the beach. The only lunch options are the buffet or the snack bar by the pool. Snack bar had a limited menu but the food was good.

It’s NOT 5 star - the plugs are sparse, not up to date, the furnishings are tired, and service is okay. Our “butler” really didn’t do much despite needing some items. And then they skimp on odd items - only one tissue box. The lights in the entire suite turned on by themselves at 620 once - we thought someone had broken in! We stayed in a nice level room. I have been to many an all inclusive - not the best but not the worst. Beach wasn’t take care of and smelled of rotting seaweed most days.

We just got back from the most wonderful stay at Haven, and I truly can’t say enough good things. I’ll try my best! First of all—the food. Hands down the best food I’ve ever had at an all-inclusive, and I’ve been to many. Every meal was delicious. I was there with nine friends from college, and it happened to be my birthday week. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly well taken care of—like VIPs the entire time. We fully embraced all the activities: water aerobics, the foam party, ice bath, volleyball, crazy games, karaoke… we did it all and loved every second. Huge shout-outs to the amazing staff who made our trip unforgettable. Juan at the concierge worked absolute magic, securing dinner reservations for our large group every night so we could all sit together and enjoy each restaurant—and even decorating the table for my birthday. Juan, you are amazing! Degner created the coolest sand art and birthday decorations—such a special touch. And to the entertainment dream team—Mar, Heber, and Angel—we are obsessed with you. You made our week so fun, joyful, and memorable. Moises, our beach bartender—we miss you already! And our favorite pool bartenders, Alma and Ernesto—thank you for keeping the drinks (and the good vibes) flowing. Thank you all for making the precious time we get to spend together so incredibly special. We hope to see you again very soon!

Beautiful resort, friendly and helpful staff, very attentive with room cleaning, stocking of minibar, and getting you whatever you need. Very clean and comfortable room. Swim out suite was spectacular! Extra touches made us feel special: complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries on arrival were a surprise! Food was great. Very relaxing stay. Would have liked more night time entertainment - too much karaoke and DJ stuff- we were looking for more talent and shows that we've seen in other resorts. The magic show and acrobats show were good -but the other nights we were there, there wasn't much going on besides karaoke. Also, the main pool only had a DJ that played house music - we would have preferred more songs that are recognizable. A mix or variety is always good. Other than some entertainment issues - we LOVED our stay!

Very nice property. Nicely spread out. Spa was very nice. Service was mostly excellent in all areas. Restaurants were very good. Lunch ala cart options are limited unless you are serenity level. I would stay here again.

Everyone was extra friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to make you feel special and welcomed at all times. The resort is beautiful, clean and modern. The rooms are really spacious and very clean. They had a good amount of activities to the day, and the food was also very great. The only issue I had but never mentioned to them because I kept forgetting was the room that we had had really thin walls and we could hear anything from nextdoor to outside very clearly. I could hear when someone was moving a chair from another room or outside, when the shower was on nextdoor, when anyone was talking. For days that we tried to sleep in, that was really bothersome. But overall, I really enjoy the stay and would return.

We stayed 1 week at this resort.. girls trip.. 40-50 years old ladies. Pros... staff is amazing, from the servers to housekeeping .. very attentive. Luiz, Elmar,Yazmin, Blanca at the circle pool(quite pool) Maria at the Limes bar, amazing service top notch from everyone. Rooms are updated and nice, clean.. no complaints. Pools are clean, we only used the circle quite pool. Mediterranean restaurant is the only 5 star, all others are 3, servers are fantastic food is mediocre. Buffet tacos fantastic! The Buffet is quite good, lots of options, better than the places you need reservations for. Cons.. the house white wine is awful, white wine needs to be drinkable for a 5 star resort which it's not unless you buy a bottle. Our $20 cad bottle at home cost $120👀 here... the red cab sav is the only decent house wine. We like wine so this was a huge upset for us. Our side of the resort has construction which was annoying but manageable... literally 40 meters from our front door. So basically don't stay in Building 1 and 2. They are building another hotel right next door. This a 4 star star resort at most, the food at the restaurants really needs some attention to (other than the Mediterranean) and the house white wine tastes like vinegar. Other than that it was a relaxing time with friends.. we felt spoiled by the amazing staff. Just ask for exactly what you want in a drink or else it comes watered down. Room-Great! Staff-Awesome! I would love to say 5 star stay (or close) and the absolute ONLY reason is the lack of compensation for an injury. Due to a negligence to properly inform hazards and assure safety I slipped by a pool and was immediately unable to bear any weight on my right leg. I walk by pools often, I walk on ice up to 6 months a year and I know how to deal with slippery surfaces however there was no warning for me. We were thankful for the on-site dr the hotel provides at a cost, he was very assuring and staff did their best to alliviate my frustrations, but we still were unable to do many things we had wanted to do and the bills along with loss of wages leaves us unfufilled. Any compensation along with an assurance to the area being made more safe and acknowledged would certainly change our perspective.
