We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Very centrally located within walking distance of the centre and around the corner from the bus station. Nice quiet place to get away from the noise of Cancun. It’s very clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was bigger than expected. Parrots eating mangoes from the tree in the courtyard. In the room I had, you could hear people outside easily. But it’s not a busy place and everyone was respectful of noise.
