Overall, I had a good experience at the hotel. The service was fantastic, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. The air conditioning in my room did give me some trouble, which was a bit uncomfortable at times. The food was hit or miss — breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the Prime Meat restaurant was excellent. However, the rest of the dining options were disappointing, especially the Mexican night, which did not meet expectations.

Preferred club not worth it at all. Check in was slower then the normal check in. Could not even give us 2 room keys. Told us we needed to walk to front desk to get them instead of them getting them for us. Tried to just sell us time share in the preferred check in. Rooms were not ready on time. Had to wait an hour after check in time to come back to check into second room for our kids. Spa was excellent had couples massage and daughter had a facial done. Very pleased with staff in spa. Could not get reservations for the restaurants besides 1 night unless you got on app right at midnight to reserve. Buffet ended up being the meal most nights. We got tired of Buffett food and left resort twice to just eat different food. My wife and I have stayed at many Secrets resorts without kids and have always been pleased with staff and resort besides a few hiccups. I would recommend a different Dreams resort for kid friendly environment.

This property was ok. There was a great restaurant and that was an Asian restaurant, all vip restaurants you couldn't even get into they were always booked all the enclosed restaurants were very hot and lacked ceiling fans the staff everywhere was very nice professional and accommodating the resort was very very clean the water in the bathroom could have been hotter it was always room temperature the room ac was excellent.

The room was nice and spacious. Plunge pool was nice. The "Preferred" club is meant for adults only, not family friendly. The food was below average overall. Lucrecia and Portofino restaurants were a bright spot. Vista Prime was disappointing. The app is confusing and way too restricting for all inclusive. Room service was very restricted. We had two rooms for 5 people and room service limit to 6 items where coffee counts as an item...if there is to be a limit then it should be per person. The pool was nice and the margaritas were great.

This was a hard miss for us. It says 5 star, but we would rate it a 3 star. First off, the way that the hotel is set up is odd. It’s extremely windy once you hit the bottom of the elevator by the kids area and I had vertigo bc of it. Staff is friendly all around except the front desk, they just seem to not want to do the work if it requires you to do it.
