Gorgeous property, pools were stunning. Heated pools open 7:00 AM-10:00 PM, multiple hot tubs that stayed open 24/7. Breakfast buffet was small but tons of fresh fruit and bakery and you could order stuff not on buffet but also included. Dinner food not great but tons of restaurants within 2 minutes walking. Drinks were good, staff amazing and friendly and our 1 BR suite was very nice and offered some separation from the kids at night. Overall great vacation and would stay again. Not all inclusive but not terrible bring a tumbler and buy a bottle from duty free on the way in! Drinks by pool were $9-$14 not terrible. Affordable lunch served poolside or right to your cabana on the beach.

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. The room is clean, the shower is very good, and room view is wonderful. The hotel is huge and it doesn’t hurt to place more signs to help the guests to navigate:). However, I must say the service is not consistent in this hotel. The concierge and spa staff are very nice and helpful, but I CAN NOT say the reception staff at check-in is friendly (the gentleman who wears a pair of glasses in black frame). He rudely told me to “ go ask the concierge where is the location for breakfast, they will tell you.” and it sounds like answering this question is not supposed to be his job. I hope the hotel will provide more training. Our server at resort’s main restaurants is pretty much “tourist fatigue” with lukewarm service. Otherwise, all is fine.

The resort was beautiful, but i wish the rep didnt tell the luggage person to take our stuff to room so she can sell a package, it was hard to find room since there was construction at the time. The satff were very friendly , and i felt safe.

There was a vibration like sound in the unit that was uncomfortable and we let them know a few times. They could shut off the machine ( or source) causing it but it kept coming back. Would not go back here.
