This property was a great experience. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice. Overall a great vacation. The food was average quality. Some meals were very good while others were average. This hotel is a bit older. Needs updates in some areas.

Ok - I was extremely cautious about all inclusive in general prior to my experience with Beach Palace and moon palace resorts. This was among my best vacations ever. Food and desserts were excellent. I am definitely going back!

Good was great. We didn't enjoy being harrssed with buying memberships to the other resorts. We were also upset that our kids didn't get to participate in karaoke or a few of the other night items because they made it adult only.

looks very outdated, also the servers around the pool, never approach you, they are more busy bringing food to people in the cabanas by the beach, forgeting the rest of the people at the pools. they make you feel unimportant if you are not a member of their time shire club.

The service here was impeccable. The people that work here remember your name, room number, and types of drinks you enjoy. We traveled with a 1 year old baby. They made sure we were all comfortable during our stay, visiting the pools/beaches, and when it was time to eat. The sargasso wasn’t too bad here, we were in Tulum for 4 days and felt like Cancún managed it better.
