This hotel has an excellent view, the ocean in this area was amazing nice, clear, warm waters.. The staff are nice, the spa is excellent, the rooms are clean and the daily cleaning lady is very good. Things to improve in my opinion: The food.. very neutral and poor quality food almost all restaurants, first time having this experience in Mexico Im not a picky person but I noticed the food was not good at all in any aspect. There's very limited variety of alcohol in every area of the hotel, also very cheap alcohol brands. The staff sales are a bit to much trying to selling you packages for anything..all day. Otherwise everything was nice.. Thanks

The resort has access to a beautiful beach. The all inclusive package is very convenient - one can fully enjoy the vacation without having to plan for logistics or think of what/where to have the next meal etc.. One feedback would be to include a couple of Indian vegetarian options in the buffet.

We loved our stay and are going back in December. The staff is super nice and friendly! Our 13 year/teenager had a great time and we felt safe to let her hangout within the hotel on her own. She loved it and made friends.

We have stayed at our Palace Resorts (Moon Palace) and decided to try the Beach Palace this time. We were not disappointed. The food was 10/10 - absolutely fantastic! Tavioli's for breakfast was amazing as well as the Asian, Smokehouse, Italian and Indian restaurant. The service was incredible. Alfredo on the rooftop and Manual from Wok were especially friendly and helpful. Anything we needed was delivered to our room promptly (i.e. toothbrushes, razors, extra blankets, etc.). Room service food was incredible (especially the chips and guad. and shrimp tacos). The housekeeping was so great - very prompt and fast. The beach was so much better than the Moon Palace - so pretty. The internet was great! The only negative is the timeshare pressure (sorry, Willy) and the entry is a little dated. Highly recommend the rooms with an ocean view. Beautiful!
