Room was spacious and clean. They didn't have the room I booked with two beds available which probably deserves 4 stars but they offered other amenities to make up for it. Food was above average. Great beach.

I stayed here with my elderly parents and two teen boys. We initially did not like our rooms, but after contacting the hotel, they were able to move us. We all had a amazing time! There is something for every age group. The hotel has thought of literally everything to make the trip pleasant and enjoyable. Best of all the beach has very gentle waves owing to it's location on Cancun. We've stayed at other resorts along the main strip, and while those hotels are nice, the waves are very strong and made it difficult (and dangerous) for my children to safely swim in the ocean.

Originally everything went wrong Andreas bad. The room was not what we were told would be, the night staff at the desk was lying and insisting that our room was not garden view while we were told it was. However the next day the manager by the name of Alex changed everything. He was very polite. He tried everything he could to help us. He assured us that he will look for a garden view room and as soon as there is an opening he will transfer us there. Which he did! In less than one day he found us a room with a beautiful garden and ocean view.we were so delighted and on top of it the next day he surprised us and sent a basked of fruit and chocolate to our room to make up for any inconvenience that originally we had to go through. I was so upset the first night that was planning to write a bad review for the hotel but Alex saved the hotel from the bad review and made our stay a pleasant stay. I highly recommend him to get a promotion or raise!

Very clean. The room keeper clean the bathroom and give the towels at least two times a day. Very convenient to go to beach directly and have heated pool, jet tubes. Many beach chairs for free use.

This is not a 5 star hotel by any means. The hotel needs some serious updating. The room shows quite some wear and tear and the service is average. For the price that they charge, I would have expected a much better service. The curtains are not blackout leading to high luminosity in the morning. Room service is very average with beds half made. The breakfast buffet is average with very limited choices. If I had to rate the hotel, It would be less than 4 stars.
