Lets begin with the horrible smell of sewer as soon as you walk into the room. 24hrs later the entire ceiling in the bathroom collapsed, I waited almost 3 hours for someone to finally do something. Getting a ahold of the front desk is a mission in its self. The people are nice but everything is very disorganized.

I got there Saturday and my room was not ready when I finally get it. The AC did not work and we had termites in the room. They gave me the room on the other side and again no AC. My AC was fixed by Thursday. So in conclusion out of 8 day I had a comfortable room for 2. Ohh and I have video of the termites if needed.

Everything was clean and well maintained. the staff members were very friendly and kind. The entertained were very good and different activities to keep people engaged. The food was diverse and really good. The only thing was the wi-fi it was unstable and lost connection very easy.
