The service at the restaurants were excellent, except the one by the beach brisas, but during the day for the snacks, the oeople had rude faces and weren't polite at all. The rooms are clean. The entertainment people was good but they didnt do much with games. They talked too much. They were suppost to teach bachata and spoke for almost an hour before they started. All i can say is that i had fun cause i went with the right people to make it fun, but their service have dropped a lot compare to 4 years ago when i went. I do want to give a big shout out to leonardo in the buffet. He providwd excellent service everyday and everyone working there too. I felt very welcomed. Also to Beyonce(Mauricio) for making it fun. Thabka for makinf my birthday special!

The staff was amazing, zero complaints as far as food goes. We didnt try them all but the steak house, Dominican restaurant, italian ( capricio) and the Japanese all were amazing. Drinks were good if you like them strong I suggest you ask as I did. Overall a great time.

The hotel was really clean. They have a lot of cards to transport it from one resort to the other is six resorts for buy a Principe. We stay in there by a principal Amber luxury. The pool was always clean big it has a bar they over help every customer being nice and kind to every customer
