They should give a tour of the property when new tourists arrive. They should explain all the hours and events of the facilitites instead of having to ask aroumd and figure everything out. They should also offer a ride from the room back to the main lobby on check out day. Our room was all the way in the back and had tknwalk back with luggage.

El hotel esta bien, creo que esperaba un poco mas por algunas reseñas que leí, la comida en el bufet no esta tan buena y me decepcionó mucho no poder probar los restaurantes a la carta ya que desde el día que llegamos ya todos estaban llenos, lo bueno que gracias a Expedia que obtuvimos estancia VIP pudimos ir a los otros hoteles hermanos a comer y la comida estaba mucho mejor allá, otro inconveniente es que para llegar a la playa tienes que ir en los carritos del hotel, no hay otra forma de llegar, las habitaciones y el hotel en general está limpio y el personal es amable.

The property was amazing. We loved how the animals were allowed to stay within the ecosystem of the resort. Food was amazing and the variety was endless. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The only thing I would upgrade to the rooms is more outlet availability closer to the beds. Other than that I would recommend and visit again

I had a wonderful stay at this resort! The location was perfect — peaceful, beautiful, and close to everything we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially loved the pool area and the relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

My wife and I loved this property. The staff was very responsive and friendly. There were many different options for food. There are a lot of animals around including in the eating areas so that can be bothersome.

This was our second time staying here. It's a beautiful place and very clean. However, if there is an issue that you need help with, the customer service people at the resort are terrible to deal with. They allow day passes for locals to come in at extremely cheap prices, and one very intoxicated man fell on top of my baby stroller and broke the cup holder right off. The hotel didn't care at all and were about to keep serving this man alcohol until I spoke up and said something. There were no apologies made, and if my baby was in the stroller, she would have been seriously injured. I was very upset and was told that security would be called on me if I didn't calm down. Of course I was upset. My child could have been hurt. It really put a damper on the trip and a simple sorry goes a long way. I was even told by consumer service "how do we know the cup holder wasn't already broken?" Like I was the liar when I had at least 10 witnesses that saw the whole incident. A simple sorry from them would have gone a long way but nope, they didn't want to give that. When we do go back and vacation in Mexico, it will not be to the Bahia Principe Grand Tulum.

My recent trip to an all-inclusive resort in Mexico was truly fantastic. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel so welcome. The food was absolutely delicious, with so many wonderful options to try. Our room was good—clean, comfortable, and had plenty of sheets and towels. The pools were great, especially the kids pool. Choice restaurants were so great. There were always fun activities and entertainment happening. Especially Kids Club, my 9 yo had so much fun, bring hin in at 9.30 pickup at 5, they update you and send you p8ctures pf the activities, I felt safe for him every day. I can't wait to go back to this amazing place! Really great, use thransfer carts to move around and visit Beach in Akumal, where you could hand feed the fish right on the shore.

The property is very large The shuttle system is confusing I got sick from the buffet Me and my group got travelers diarrhea They should be more careful I think the food in Bahía akumal was the best. Coba was average I went after the fire and few things were shut down ! They are very diligent about cleaning room and customer service and my daughters bday was awesome nonetheless Taxis are very very expensive Astronomical prices

el hotel ya está viejito, la playa es muy pequeña para el hotel coba, no tiene nada de comer en playa, lo cual es molesto ya que está muy lejos del hotel. tampoco hay meseros ni en playa ni en alberca. el servicio muy amable, pero la verdad por el mismo precio uno puede encontrar mejores hoteles.
