It was great! Didn’t get a king size bed unfortunately. Room service was hit and miss when we got it or not. Staff were all wonderful. Not allowed to bring food out of the buffets which was annoying

I’m not used to write a review even though I like to read them before we book a trip but this time its different it was really good, whoever is interested in my comment, we stayed for the first time at Grand Sirenis resort Hotel in Riviera Maya M. we was looking for a resort to have a lots fun and activities for my 5 years old twins we found this one we like it at first we saw they have a Lazy river wish it was the most amazing spot I have no words to describe how we feels how I’m feeling after we went we had a great experience there, the employees are amazing all of them, they are Kind,humble,sweet,helpful, caring and very friendly people, I’m not joking it’s the most amazing place we ever went, they make us feels like Home. we visited others Hotels resorts nothing compares with Grand Sirenis we are really happy with it,we loves it, we will go back soon I recommend 100% for couples and families with smalls kids or whoever would like to just relax and having a good time. Thank you! For everything Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya spa and resort.

Alfred is an amazing concierge to work with and was able to get reservations for restaurants we wanted to go to with our limited time. All of the Staff were amazing from house keeping, beverage services, bartenders, spa staff, and more. My wife received a massage on the beach and she said it was amazing! They had plenty to do on sight and plenty to see for the time were there. Everyone was very accommodating to anything that was needed and there weren’t any weird hidden fees they didn’t tell you up front about. Buffets were great in our opinion, they had plenty of variety and the waiters were on point. I would very much enjoy going back and spending longer there in the future!

Room service was not reasonable. Asked for water that was complementary and they said the water was already marked as supplied, which was not accurate. They refused to give the complementary water and said I must pay for additional. Buffet was not clean and crowds ate food and touched the tongs. Server at the coffee shop was eating one of the pastries and licking her fingers and serving ice cream at the same time. The whole family got food poisoning. The concierge was the only helpful part of our trip.

Pools were not heated, ledges were worn down, dirty. Food at the buffets were very good - better than the themed restaurants. Staff was great. Theater shows started a bit late (9pm) but was entertaining.

We had an amazing stay at Grand Sirenis! Everything was clean, the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. With all the different pools, courts, archery, biking and snorkeling there is no way you can be bored. The ocean was lovely and all the animals on the resort were a joy! I highly recommend staying at Grand Sirenis if you have the chance.

Clean rooms, excellent food and never ending cocktails that were delicious. Just be mindful if you have any mobility issues, the resort is extremely large and there are a lot of steps, many of which do not have hand rails. There are shuttles but they are few and far between and can take over 30 minutes to wait at a shuttle stop, assuming there are enough available seats in the one that comes by. If you want to eat at the restaurants, reservations were a challenge and very frustrating because restaurants that were “fully booked” were empty when when you walked by them and when you speak with the hostess, they would not seat you even when people were more than 20 minutes late for their reservation time. They all claimed they had to hold the spot in case the party that reserved ever showed up. I’ve been to many other resorts and they generally have a 10 or 15 minute rule and you lose your spot if you’re not in time. The buffets are great but it would have been nice to try more restaurants while we were there.
