The hotel is beautiful, but too big. Our room was extremely far from the main lobby and the walk way was very dark. The food was average, at best. Always cold even in the speciality restaurants. The place is gorgeous, they spent tons of money on the decor but thr food was just ok. If you're into massive resorts, then this is the one for you. Again the resort is absolutely beautiful, but the food and drinks were just average.

I recently took a trip with my family and had a great experience overall. As soon as we checked in as a premium level guests, we Felt so good right away.definitely booking a premium level room is worth it. Special Thanks to Jesus, jesus was our host. He was very helpful and amazing. From making reservations to the restaurants and helping with every small detail. The resort itself is huge, with lots of pools and an amazing water park that's perfect for kids. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the beach. A lot of seaweeds and Bad smells. But aside from that, we had a fantastic time and made lots of great memories

It was a huge resort and we loved our room (we barely were in our room because there was so much to do) the service was okay and the food wasn’t great but I would still go back just because of the resort itself !

It was a great stay. Lots of things to do within the resort. Dining menus were great, definitely make your reservations as soon as soon as you check in. The best place was Kyoto. We would show up to our reservation times 15-20 min early and had no issues getting a table. Room was spacious, and they stocked up then mini bar daily. Pool options were great, we stayed in the adult pool as it was more relaxing and the bar staff were great. Check in took a while, be patient. Overall would definitely recommend.

Went as a family vacation - 11 year old and 6 month old - Check in took so long but rest of the stay was enjoyable. Friendly staff, nice beach, great photographer who did awesome job capturing family portraits, clean rooms and dining areas.
