Due to weather event my family missed a connecting flight to Punta Cana. I was very disappointed on how this had such negative impact on the whole trip. The flight, car service and resort accommodations all impacted. The resort showed very little flexibility and empathy. A lot of money was spent and additional costs took us way over budget. The staff and facilities were great. Everything else was terrible.

check in was the absolute worst! Waited almost 45 minutes for the check in!!!! The room smell old and musky.. same food serve everyday. And restaurant reservations was awful! Theres only 1 restaurant we wanted to try was the Japanese hibachi, and the earliest time they gave us was 1030pm ( what 7 and 8 year old eats at that late in the day???!!) and pirate ship water park os additional cost??!!!

Desde que llegamos teníamos deseos de regresarnos a nuestro hogar. El proceso para el check in muy demorado. La habitación se supone que nos la entregaran a las 3:15 y casi nos la entregaron a las 4:30. Si saben que es una semana de mucho flujo de personas deberían prepararse con más personal para el proceso de check in.La comida en los buffets siempre estaba fría, el sabor no era el mejor, el olor al entrar era un poco desagradable. Moscas alrededor de la comida. El personal en el area de los buffets se veía agotado y no muy servicial, no eran atentos(no todos). Por el contrario, de todos los restaurantes a la carta que visitamos, la atención y la comida del Dolce Vita fue espectacular. Del 1 al 5 le damos 5. Muchas gracias a su gerente Cristian Valenzuela por su amabilidad. La habitación estuvo bien, aunque el área de la ducha no tenía nada de privacidad, pues no tienen puertas y estábamos con nuestra hija. A lo que mi esposo se duchaba ella tenía que salirse a la terraza. Las habitaciones tienen jacuzzi y aunque no funcionaba del todo lo pudimos utilizar. El teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba, se reporto en tres ocasiones y nadie fue a verificarlo.El sábado salimos para hacer un excursión y cuando llegamos no habían limpiado la habitación y no habían rellenado el minibar. Mi esposo tuvo que reportarlo para que fueran a hacerlo. A pesar de ser un todo incluido el room service no era incluido como en los otros hoteles que nos hemos quedado en Punta Cana y México.
