The food was not good, buffets area was dirty and guess used personal utensils previously used or hands to get food. Staff was unfriendly. Room had previous guess hair in bed and shower and dirt from other guess and smelled like mold.

Most of the staff treat people not in a nice way. I will rather go to Cancun that in each of my stays the staff was great. The only staff that were great at your location was the cleaning lady.

Amazing service, perfectly clean rooms. The whole hotel looks clean, neat and you can tell that they care. My 2nd year there and I plan to do it every year now.
