My room was always kept clean, the staff were very friendly and helped if needed, the air conditioning was very good in my room, i did find breakfast colder then warm unless you got something made fresh not buffet.

The room was not fully stocked until the day before i left. They would only refill certain items. The property had weird smells in places and a sewer smell in others. The staff at the Sen restaurant was rude. My Butler’s Michelle & Humberto were great.
