"Our stay was exceptional due to our butler Carlos who was very friendly and courteous. He took care of our reservations, anything we needed throughout our stay. He was always available. When he would leave for the day he would contacts us before he left to make sure we had everything we needed. Vitalina (spell check) was our bartender most the time in the Privilege lounge. He was very friendly and did a great job taking care of us. At the outside Bistro area was also a wonderful bartender who unfortunately i can't remember his name (he had a right closed eyelid). He was always polite and friendly when getting us beverages. Everyone we interacted with was always polite and helped with whatever we needed. The resort was clean and well taken care of. Workers were constantly cleaning, painting, replacing anything that was worn out. The only improvement i would suggest is the buffet chage up their food options daily. It was always the same for the most part during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. "

"Excellent adults only facility with a beautiful pool area. We had the room with swim out and xhale club and the service was very personalized. All the staff including restaurants went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Favorite restaurants were French, Mexican and steakhouse."

"The resort is beautiful, well-kept, and has a welcoming, fun atmosphere. There is always something going on, and truly something for everyone. Check-in was quick and easy—we relaxed by the pool while waiting for our room, and loved the wristband room key system. The food was a huge highlight. Zen (Japanese) was a standout, along with Hunters, Armadillo, and Grazie. Every restaurant was clean, and the servers were attentive and kind. One night at the sushi bar stood out—we were the only ones there, and the chefs surprised us with off-menu creations, which made it feel so special and personalized. The entertainment was also amazing—the fire show, rock show, salsa lessons, & live music made every night fun. The vibe team brought great energy. We stayed in a swim-out room that didn’t get much sun, but spent most of our time at the Hideaway pools. What stood out most was the staff. Raul the bartender truly made our trip—he’s kind, funny, welcoming, and created such a fun atmosphere every day. We genuinely looked forward to seeing him. Hugo in the Hideaway went above and beyond and made our Bali bed day unforgettable. Andy, our Expedia rep, was extremely helpful and attentive, and Aaron in the lobby was also very kind. Every interaction showed how much the staff genuinely care. The only minor downside was the persistent spa/excursion offers and limited early pool seating, but it didn’t impact our experience much. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this resort!!"
