"Hotel was okay. Staff was good. The first guy, the baggage guy, was rude. Food was good, though the first day's dinner was almost impossible to get. Many people were looking for food but the waiting time was terrible. Room service was off and buffet restaurant was closed. The beach was dirty, lots of weed. The tractor was loud almost all day cleaning the beach. We were welcomed by a guy setting us up for a membership scam. He wasted almost half of our day. This is one of the reasons I won't go back to this hotel
