"Everything about this place was excellent based on my needs. It is in a quiet area, I felt safe, close to small restaurants. Customer service was great, everyone was nice and helpful. The breakfast included was delicious, I would say a complete breakfast. Very happy with my stay 😊"

"Hotel is in a great location, with street vendors right outside of the hotel. Transportation is very convenient as well. There are two local markets (Mercardo 23 & 28) within walking distance. Regular bus lines are just right outside (MXN 12). ADO Bus Terminal (to and from the airport) is only 3 blocks away. Parque de las Palapas is also right behind the hotel with great night activities. Room is spacious and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. (I wanted to get some coins for bus. The staff did not have change, but she gave me 12 peso instead and I thought that was super nice!) By the way, you can pay many things in USD in Cancun. You can even pay the bus fare in USD. When I checked in, I asked for a room in the back, thinking that the street vendors might be loud. However, because of the proximity of Parque de las Palapas, I could hear loud music into 12am. I had to wear earplugs, but the music was still loud. It is not a 5-star hotel and it has aged but I think overall the condition is very good and price is very reasonable."
