"We stayed for 10 nights and found it hard to get maids to clean our rooms unless we requested they do so by going to the the check in area located in the main lobby. I dont know if they were short staffed or what but they wouldnt stop and clean our rooms unless we made a big fuss about it. The unlimited alcohol was great but a couple of the bartenders would say they were out of certain drinks when in reality they weren't. They just didnt want to go the extra mile to clean their equipment several times to please everyone's different requests. I caught one bartender tell the other bartender "what do you mean we're out of vodka, we have plenty here". Location was great. There's Chedraui next door as well as a beach across the street and all the clubs you could want within a 5 min walk. "

"Great for both family and business vacation. Kids friendly. Great food. Great service. All the rooms have ocean view!!! A big and special thank you to Elizabeth from the Sunrise Bar for her hospitality and her attention! We always had our glasses and bellies full :) The hotel is stroller friendly. We had a 2 place stroller and always found our way around to get to restaurants and swimming pools. Very secure hotel. My wife lost her hand bag. After putting kids to sleep and when we realized it - 3 hours already passed. I went to see the security and within 15 minutes, my wife had her handbag back with everything inside intact. I strongly recommend this all-inclusive hotel! The swimming with the dolphins experience is a huge rip off, especially if you want to get the photos. Just the photos will cost you as much as the experience itself. Small comment: we wish that instead of american/pop music, there was more mexican/latin music playing to create a more authentic experience :) For the ladies: the massage and spa experience is very recommended! Fro the guys: go try the jet ski, it is really worth it!"

"This was truly the BEST experience ever. My friends and I consistently shared our happiness in picking this resort. The food was SO good, even with a picky eater, we all found food at every place we enjoyed. Asian restaurant stole our heart, and that poolside taco, omg. But genuinely, no bad place. Estabhan, Pedro, Christian, and Chocolate were the best. They made our experience! They are so engaging, positive, silly, and just fun! Yoga with Ivan is a must, never felt such inspiration to be my authentic best self. Bartender Ricardo and Server Luis are also awesome people. The staff was amazing. The activities were so fun(Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, Silent Disco, Magic, Olympic games... the list keeps going). I celebrated my birthday there and could not have been happier. I would say it is a family-friendly resort where college students can still enjoy themselves, and it is a community!! You get to know those around you, and it makes it even more a welcoming homelike feeling. Never felt unsafe there as well, which I appreciate!"
