"Although the hotel and staff were great. The food was not. It lacked variety compared to other hotels in the area. The buffet had the exact same food everyday for lunch and dinner. We stayed 4 night and only received 2 dinners at the specialty restaurants. Although the Mexican dinner was the best the Italian restaurant was the worst. We’ve been to Cancun many times and have stayed in a range of hotels in the area and this is the first hotel that disappoints us with the food and menu. As frequent travels and with kids the quality of the food is huge things for us. Overall, the hotel itself was great but they have room for improvement with their menus."

"Went for 4 night with my family and got the all inclusive and it was great. Rooms were clean property as well. The staff was amazing as well. Food was good as well. I would definitely go back."

"Everything was perfect, room, hot tub, and especially the staff, They were of top quality. Some areas of the hotel need updating/ maintenance Such as the elevators and the mirrors in the bathroom. The beach front was perfect, very well maintained."

"This property is nicely situated with plenty of seating and pool area. It is more of a timeshare property therefore Marriott members do not get their typical perks like free breakfast. Currently, they have a significant seaweed issue washing up onto the beach. A disappointment for me was the pricing of their marketplace goods. An example would be that a medium size water would cost almost $10 Canadian at the market. Be prepared for that and take your own water as they only give you two per day under normal conditions in your room. We did ask for more and received more without any question. The Restaurant see and Stone is very good but priced as fine dining but I will repeat that the food is exceptional. Overall, I rated this property as a three because of some of the challenges that we had there. Finally, they did do a very nice thing for us and had some fruit and nuts delivered to our room for our anniversary, which I do think was likely a direct result of some of the challenge that we had I’ll be it still a very nice gesture"
