Stunning view, you could be in bed and watch the sun raise and the hot tub on the balcony was incredible! Staff were super friendly too, both the front desk and the security guard.

"Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Adhara. The rooms are comfortable. Loved the Chaya drinks.
We did experience a frustrating start with the beach shuttle—contradictory booking instructions led to us being told it was full, despite arriving exactly when told. However, the management was professional and settled the issue by offering us a compromise 11:00 AM transport to the beach.
I appreciate a hotel that listens to feedback and makes things right. Good base for exploring Cancun!"
