"Room and the facilities in general are clean. Love all the staff, they are super friendly and helpful. Food was good and so as the drinks! Beach was beautiful and calm. The resort was only 15 minutes away from Isla Mujeres, great for snorkeling! We felt safe in the resort and will definitely recommend this place to other families."

"Resort was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was amazing! Food was the best we've had an any all-inclusive. The beach had soft sand and amazing waves. The only con was the chair set up on the non-Inspira beach. They need more palapas! The two rows of front row chairs are way too close for comfort with other guests, and were never full. It would be be better to get rid of those there and add palapas! "

"Everything is top notch , only concern that there is not enough chairs on the beach , if you not taking your seat at 7 am you out of luck , main pool is the same , there is room for more chairs umbrellas on both , had to wake up early to get a spot , super inconvenient "
